Good hotel with great view, bathroom, nice lounge and restaurant, but problematic check-in system
Pros:

Excellent Restaurant, outstanding view, good stuff. All your needs will be immediately solved. The stuff is polite. Greate big lounge part. Gym. Water pool. Room contains bathroom with a salt. It is a pleasure after hard working day. It was a business trip.

Cons:

Old renovation.

The bad check-in system

I booked dates from 10 of February to 12 of February using Booking.com. But unfortunately I delayed and arrived at 7 am February 11. It turned out on the reception that their system doesn't allow to check-in me. Booking.com support was also unavailable. I had to wait around 50 minutes while main reception specialist found how to solve this issue. They give me a room but disabled mini-bar inside it. Nevertheless I do not use mini-bar it is not good. Again there is no issue with hotel itself but rather with their software.

Be careful when you book using booking.com but be delayed.

Na osobne wyróżnienie zasługuje obsługa recepcji, która jest najsilniejszym punktem tego miejsca.
Pros:

Mimo bardzo wysokiej jakości serwowanych śniadań, negatywne wrażenie sprawił pośpiech obsługi. Kelnerzy zaczęli sprzątać bufet w obecności wielu gości, co wywoływało dyskomfort. Wskazane byłoby wprowadzenie marginesu czasowego (bufora), pozwalającego na spokojne dokończenie posiłku

Obsługa kolacji urodzinowej:
Podczas uroczystej kolacji spotkałam się z brakiem profesjonalizmu ze strony personelu. Kelner nie posiadał podstawowej wiedzy o składnikach dań, nie rozumiejąc pytań o alergeny (np. seler) ani w języku polskim, ani angielskim. Co więcej, po zaserwowaniu dania głównego, które okazało się daniem zimnym (o czym nie zostaliśmy uprzedzeni), obsługa w żaden sposób nie zareagowała na nasze rozczarowanie. Zabrakło jakiejkolwiek empatii czy propozycji rekompensaty. Jest to dla mnie o tyle zaskakujące, że podczas poprzedniej wizyty obsługa potrafiła zadbać o jubilata, oferując symboliczny deser i urodzinową oprawę, co budowało świetne wrażenie.

Strefa Wellness:
Kolejnym uchybieniem był brak informacji ze strony recepcji o awarii saun. Następnego dnia rano nie działały już dwie z nich, co znacząco wpłynęło na komfort wypoczynku, za który zapłaciłam pełną cenę.
