Pros:

The hotel enjoys a very central location, which adds real value to the stay. The food and spa facilities are of high standard. My room was clean, and the staff were consistently warm, attentive, and welcoming.

Cons:

The glass partition was broken and it had been replaced with a simple shower curtain. This solution was not acceptable for a hotel that presents itself as a 5‑star establishment.

Pros:

Loved the location, the pool, spa and gym were great and the views amazing. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

No costumes allowed in the sauna and the towels were tiny so I couldn’t go in!
