Location & food was good

Cons:

I have checked out one day before for some urgent work but hotel & booking.com did not cancel my one day stay. I use Booking.com always for booking and never cancel still my special request was not accepted by Booking.com & hotel. I am disappointed

Cons:

Standard pokoi, brudne okna, malutkie łazienki, 5 wind na które bardzo długo się czeka, oraz niektóre osoby w recepcji nie zasługują na 5 gwiazdek. Zabukowałam i zapłaciłam z góry za pokój dla dwóch dorosłych osób plus dziecko, ale hotel przygotował pokój tylko dla dwóch osób i chciał nas obciążyć dodatkowo za dostawkę przy zameldowaniu, sugerując spanie razem z dzieckiem w jednym łóżku. Byłam z mężem anglojęzycznym, któremu musiałam tłumaczyć co mówi recepcjonistka, ponieważ mimo że znała angielski to kompletnie ignorowała mojego męża i patrzyła tylko na mnie i mówiła po polsku. Bardzo nieprofesjonalnie się zachowała. To było nasze pierwsze wrażenie o hotelu.
