A “Home Away From Home” Experience – Exceptional Service from Tukta!

We recently stayed at the JW Marriott for two nights, and while the property itself is wonderful, it was the exceptional service in the lounge that truly set this stay apart.

As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, I have visited quite a few hotel lounges, but the level of personalized care we received here was remarkable. The absolute highlight of our trip was an incredible staff member named Tukta.

From our very first visit, Tukta was super friendly and exceptionally welcoming. We ended up utilizing the lounge multiple times throughout our two days, and she remembered us every single time, always greeting us with the warmest, most genuine smile.

What really stood out was her impeccable intuition. She had a perfect sense of timing—never intrusive, but always checking in at exactly the right moment to see what we needed, and ensuring our drinks were provided promptly. Because of her warm hospitality, the space didn't just feel like a standard hotel amenity; Tukta made it feel as relaxing and comfortable as sitting in our own living room at home.

I sincerely hope the management team at JW Marriott recognizes Tukta for her outstanding dedication to the guest experience. She is a true asset to the hotel, and her attentive, caring service is exactly what will bring us back for our next stay!
