JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok

Lots of people told us not to stay in the Sukhumvit area, but we chose it for its centrality and really enjoyed being in this location. The hotel was great and very nice - they were helpful in helping us navigate places to visit etc.

A wonderful hotel all round.
Access to the executive lounge is well worth having and particularly due to the staff there. My thanks especially to Tukta, Danielle and Tarn for their help and also the rest of the team for their exceptional service.
I always will stay at J.W. Marriott when in Bangkok.

Impressions on the lovely and welcoming service of the staff and team at the Lobby Lounge especially Ms. Benjawun, Polly, Fon and Mr.Oxygen, Mr, Nueng the Bartender made the drinks very good and the Staff made very good service.

Went here for 2 Saturday nights in a row on my from, and back, from India. Getting out of the "grab" the experience starts with the staff taking care of you and it doesnt stop. I'm an Elite member but even in the main breakfast room (i always recommend, if you can breakfast in the main area) the staff made you feel like an individual and not a number. Now that breakfast downstairs, wow what a selection (Thai, western, Indian, some Chinese, Japanese and Arabic [sorry i may be off slightly on this last one but was what I was eating in Istanbul few weeks earlier]). You need a week just to sample everything :) Those with lounge access I had scones for afternoon tea (I love scones :) ). Guest rooms are nice and modern.

Location - you did check Google maps I assume? But its an easy walk to the BTS, maybe a few mins.

Didnt try anything else out while I was there so cant comment.

It was my reference experience for my next 2 hotels.

From the first friendly and helpful communication with the Bangkok JW Marriott Customer Relations team before the trip to the drop off at the airport in a pristine Mercedes that we had reserved through the hotel, our experience was truly five star.

I am a Marriott Lifetime Titanium Elite member so I recognize that the Concierge and Customer Relations Staff give special attention. With that said, the hotel staff in the restaurants, pool, gym or other areas would be unaware of this yet I can honestly say they provided the most genuine kindness and among the best hospitality service that I have experienced. The food at the Executive Lounge was good but the food at the International Cafe was exceptional. The variety of international foods was an unexpected treat and the quality of the food exceeded all possible expectations. Of the 8 nights in Bangkok, the food at the Cafe was so good and so reasonably priced that we ate there 5 nights.

The spa facilities include sauna, steam and cold plunge that were very clean and the massages were the ultimate relaxation. Unlike other hotels, the gym was actually spacious and not just a deceptive photo using mirrors as many hotels use in their internet portfolio.

In all sincerity, I can’t speak highly enough about the team at the Bangkok JW Marriott as they are exemplary of the genuinely kind Thai people. I’ve been very blessed to visit many hotels in many countries and I can easily say that this team is among the absolute best that I have experienced.

Had a great time at this Marriott property. 24/7 fitness center with lots of equipment and machines was nice, good pool area too. Every employee there is accommodating, polite, and cheerful. Special thanks to front desk boss without the “b” Oss who helped me immensely and providing very welcomed additions to my stay. Also shout out to Pop and Alex in the Manhattan Bar and all the wonderful folks down in the lobby lounge who made time spent there special. Would stay again for sure.

From the moment we walked through the doors, I knew this hotel was different. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism, making check-in smooth, quick, and welcoming. Every team member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free.

What truly stood out was the attention to detail. Whether it was promptly handling special requests, offering helpful local recommendations, or simply remembering my name, the level of personalized service was exceptional. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably, and any questions we had were addressed immediately with courtesy and care.

It’s rare to find a place where customer service feels this authentic. The staff didn’t just do their jobs—they made us feel valued as a guest. Because of this outstanding experience, I will absolutely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family.

If you’re looking for a place where hospitality is genuinely a priority, this is it. Five stars all the way!

Today Honesty speaking once again that the Lady Staff,name Benjawun is very very friendly and well mannered and we both couple are very satisfied with her hospitality and her cute smile. The way she served coffee ☕️ to us very polish and her smile presentation is very pellucid.
