Sehr erholsam und Superlage !
Pros:

Pool und Saunabereich waren sehr schön und auch beheizt, was heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist.
Wirklich sehr nettes Personal und das Seehaus Restaurant hatte einen wunderbaren Bergblick und selbstgemachte Speisen!

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers bei der Ankunft.
Es wurde aber sofort Abhilfe geschaffen.
Das war sehr gut.

Toller Urlaub bei ausgezeichnetem Wetter in wunderschöner Umgebung. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder.
Pros:

Uns hat die tolle Lage in der Natur sehr gefallen. Wer ohne Auto anreist, sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Das Hotel und das Ortszentrum von Garmisch trennt ein Fußmarsch von ca. 20 - 30 Minuten (teilweise recht steil bergauf). Das Personal war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Jeden Morgen wurde ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet angeboten. Dabei blieben keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die, vom Hotel vermittelte E-Bike Tour mit Dieter. Es war ein toller und anspruchsvoller Ausflug bei dem wir die schöne Natur genießen konnten und wunderschöne Spots zu sehen bekamen.

Cons:

Wir waren ohne Auto unterwegs und hätten uns über einen Trinkwasserspender im Hotel gefreut. Zwar konnte man im Hotel Wasser und andere Getränke käuflich erwerben, was aber für jeden Tag recht teuer wird.

Tolles Hotel für einen Urlaub in der Region von Garmisch.
Pros:

Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, man hat sich immer willkommen gefühlt. Ruhige und schöne Lage direkt am See. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Tolles und auch innovatives Angebot seitens des Hotels. Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Maisonette Zimmer im 4. Obergeschoss. (Dachgeschoss)
Hier wurde es selbst Anfang Mai im oberen Teil wo das Bett stand sehr warm und stickig. Das offene Fenster im unteren Teil und ein bereitgestellter Ventilator haben leider wenig Abhilfe geschaffen. Eine Klimaanlage wäre hier nötig.

Spitzenhotel am Rießersee in Garmisch
Pros:

Spitzen Lage! Direkt am Rießersee, tolles Ambiente, super Service. Top Bar und sehr nette Menschen dort. Ebenso an der Rezeption und überall im Hotel. Absolut zu empfehlen. Nachts den Wasserfall leicht rauschen gehört. Herrlich. Frühstück sehr gut!

Cons:

Da fällt mir absolut nichts ein. Auch wenn ich länger drüber nachdenke.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Schönes Hotel an einem See,ideal zum Wandern und für Hundefreunde, Frühstück und Abendessen sehr lecker und gute Auswahl.

Posizione e struttura bellissima peccano sui servizi di ristorazione e accessori in camera.

Cibo con poca scelta io ho optato per il menù alla carta che però non offriva molto anzi poco niente per chi ha scelto la mezza pensione sembrava di essere in un villaggio Alpitur o simili con quello che si paga uno si aspetterebbe molto di più cosa che mi ha un pò stupito perché essendo un viaggiatore in Germania e strano vedere un sistema di pranzo e cena così misero comunque ci si può sempre salvare mangiando al ristorante di fronte che offre molte pietanze diverse.
Essendo un 4 stelle in camera non c’era né bollitore né macchina del caffè e per uno come me che si sveglia presto alla mattina è una cosa essenziale per fortuna che viaggio sempre con il mio bollitore portatile poi la tv a parte canali italiani che sappiamo bene che non ci sono praticamente in nessun paese ma almeno una Smart Tv da poter guardare il proprio Netflix oppure altro tutto bello tutto carino peccato che si perdano in un bicchiere d’acqua.
