Pros:

I have been to many mountain resorts in my life. This establishment is by far the best to which I have been. The rooms were cozy, clean, yet had a traditional mountain-y vibe. Housekeeping, front desk, the service staff at the bar and in the restaurants were excellent. The quality of the breakfast as well as the in-house restaurant menu have surpassed my expectations every single time we went there. The facilities, as well as the staff are extremely child and pet friendly.

Cons:

Our room didn't have a coffee machine, a kettle, and coffee & tea availability. This could be the only improvement I can think of.

Первый отель, в который я бы хотела вернуться.
Pros:

Мы хотели тишины и уединения- это выполнено на 100%. Вил на горы и озеро с балкона. Персонал- выше всех похвал. Уборка до полустерильных условий. Бассейн тепленький, просторный. 4 разных сауны. Мягенькие халаты. Вкусная еда с хорошим выбором.

Cons:

Наша комната была недалеко от столиков на улице и кто-то там тусил, когда мы уже спали. Звукоизоляция балкона была недостаточной.

Schöner Aufenthalt, beim nächsten Mal würde ich mich nach einer alternativen Unterkunft umsehen
Pros:

Gute Lage, netter und teilweise auch sanierter Wellnessbereich

Cons:

Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfinde ich als eher schwierig.

Wonderful visit - we would stay again!
Pros:

The breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing! The staff were very friendly and the location was just a few minutes drive to the ski slopes.

Es war ein erholsamer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage, absolut idyllisch, tolles Ambiente

Cons:

Unser Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und war doch eher altmodisch.
Das Reinigungspersonal hat die benutzte Wäsche in den Gängen liegen gelassen, dass sah nicht einladen aus.

Perfekt für ein paar Tage Auszeit in einem schönen Traditionshotel mit Geschichte (s. Gästebuch)!
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Lounge/Barzone ist sehr schön inklusive Kaminfeuer. Die Lage am See ist ruhig und ideal für kurze Spaziergänge. Hunde sind sehr willkommen im Hotel, das Personal freundlich. Im Seehaus ist das Restaurant sehr schön mit einer tollen Karte!

Cons:

Das Abendbuffet ist etwas zu teuer pro Person. Zimmerservice kam meist nachmittags wenn man gerade wieder nach Wanderung und Skifahren da ist, könnte früher kommen. Schränke im Zimmer wären renovierungsbedürftig.

Beautiful location, ski lifts are rechablenon foot or there's a small hotel shuttle. Very friendly staff and amazing, delivious food in the restaurant!

Cons:

Hotel ski shuttle is really small and you need to reserve it in advance, cause it's always full 😉

Большой, удобный отель. В лобби можно отлично провести время. Ужины хотя и по системе шведский стол, но очень интересные и вкусные
