I've only been here for a few hours, but this hotel is going above and beyond. From the airport pick up to the beverages and fruit already in my room upon my arrival...excellent service and friendly staff...and did I mention this amazing elephant sculpture that Nandu created...hard to describe so see the pictures i posted. I cant wait to see what is next.
The location and the good service
I didn’t know there was extensive renovation works presently
Sky was very much attentive & helpful with the orders… food was amazing…lovely ambience ✨✨✨
The bathroom in room 150, had mould. Mould can be dangerous, particularly for individuals like myself with allergies and asthma,. The staff at the hotel was extremely rude when complained and said the room cannot be changed. They sent someone with a toothbrush to clean the mould. The towels were also dirty. Had no choice but to check out and move to Fairmont hotel for the night. Front desk staff at the JW Marriott is very rude and not at all customer friendly. Fairmont property is excellent and staff friendly and very helpful. Never stay at JW Marriott in Juhu, very arrogant and unfriendly staff.
The hotel itself is stunning, the staff is exceptional, the rooms are big and have all amenities, the food is amazing, and the gym is probably the best hotel gym I’ve ever used.
No complaints
Amazing staff
Rooms were little smaller than expected
This was our repeat visit to the hotel, which we enjoyed as a staycation. We traveled with our 10-month-old granddaughter, as specified in the booking request. A crib was provided in our room, and during check-in, Janvi at the reception kindly gave Ollie, the tortoise toy, to her. Our granddaughter truly enjoyed her stay at the hotel, and the staff at both Lotus Cafe and Bezzo Bezzo treated her warmly. The chef at Lotus Cafe prepared saltless broccoli and vegetables for her, which were much appreciated.
Additionally, one of our family members celebrated their birthday during our stay. The cake and desserts from Bombay Baking Co. were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the guava-flavored dessert. The support staff on our floor greeted us warmly and promptly took care of our requests.
Another highlight is the direct and easy access to Juhu Chowpatty, which is a definite plus.
We hope to visit again next year once the hotel renovations are complete.
Israel and Samuel Thank you at Bombay Baking company. One of the best cuisine found here . Kudos to the chefs.
This was our second visit to JW Marriott Juhu, having recently moved to Mumbai, and unfortunately it did not live up to our first experience.
During our initial visit, the dining and overall service were of a high standard, with a welcoming and professional atmosphere. As frequent Marriott guests who actively use Bonvoy across the group globally, this left a strong impression.
However, our recent visit on Saturday was notably underwhelming. We purchased a day pass for the pool at over INR 6,000 for two people, with no redeemable value included, which felt excessive given the overall experience and service level.
While the pool staff member serving us was courteous, he appeared overstretched and lacked adequate support. Service throughout felt inconsistent and below what one would expect from the brand.
At the end of the visit, we settled two F&B bills totaling approximately INR 7,000. When requesting to have these added to our Bonvoy account, this was declined. A manager reiterated that the property does not allow Bonvoy points on F&B, which directly contradicts both our prior experience at this hotel and our experience across Marriott properties globally.
The same manager took my contact details, assuring me he would follow up after “checking internally.” Despite this, I received no communication, which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I have since raised this directly with Marriott Bonvoy, and the matter is currently being reviewed.
Overall, this visit was disappointing, particularly in terms of consistency, service standards, and follow-through. Given the number of alternatives in Mumbai, we will likely explore other options going forward.
Amazing food and even more amazing service.
Nandu was the house keeper and he made such a good towel art in my room that I have never seen before. Thank you NANDU
Indu Chhabra room 475.

Excellent service by Kim and Arif
Comfortable stay and amazing breakfast! Special thanks to Lalit and Vishal from the breakfast team. Amazing hospitality from the entire staff throughout the stay.
We are currently staying at the Marriott. The service provided by the wonderful staff is simply exceptional - everyone from the room attendants to the pool staff and the security are so kind and friendly. We’ve met many senior managers during our stay and all stop to ask for feedback and how they can make our stay even better. Nothing is too much trouble. Vishal and Francis in the newly refurbished gym deserve a special mention. They have helped us with the equipment and even replaced our water bottles mid run on the treadmill - seriously outstanding service! The food in all the restaurants is of a high quality and the chefs have come out after every meal to ask for our feedback. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I even had avocado brought to my table as it wasn’t there. Our room was upgraded to a side sea view on arrival and it is well equipped and super quiet. There is a side of the hotel closed for refurbishment and the pool is a little noisy at times but I’m immersed in a book so I can tune it out. I am well travelled and I haven’t experienced service like this in a long time. Well done team and thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be sad to leave you on Friday…….
It was may parents 50th and we arranged for them to attend breakfast buffet at lotus cafe. All the staff were very courteous and welcoming. They had a special table with delicious chocolate cake waiting for them. The food was very delicious - call out was the aloo paratha and masala chai. Mr Rajakumar took extra care of them and showed them the property: we are very very grateful for his hospitality
