Lage zu Verona mit ÖPNV hervorragend.
Zimmer sehr gemütlich.
Frühstück - auch vom Ambiente her sehr ansprechend-
Kleines, warmes Poolbecken innen - aber mit großen bodentiefen Fenstern nach draußen.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Restaurant war hinsichtlich Qualität und Service überdurchschnittlich.
Das Angebot des Wellnessbereichs konnten wir aus Zeitgründen nicht nutzen.
Die Entfernung zum Flughafen ist ausreichend gut und trotzdem dörflich ruhig.

Incredible service, with just a bit of coffee service improment!
Pros:

Incredible helpful staff and great service! Beds were good and rooms were really fine!
I especially want to appreciate the service in the bar, where I ordered 2 glasses of wine and despite the bartender being slightly "new", he handled everything with a smile (even a little help of finding the right kind of wine) and immediately opened a fresh bottle, despite having leftovers in a "close to dead bottle"!
So much appreciation for that kind of service!

Cons:

The breakfast suffered severely from a long line at the coffee machine.
I think an extra coffee machine and, as a suggestion, staff to take care of coffee pot requests would help out (a lot of groups of especially more senior German guests had preferences towards pots of coffee for their table).

Staff was super friendly and verry informative. Indoors pool was large and warm. Hotel building is nice old palace. Great place great price.

Room was a bit small but I think I booked cheapest one :D

Un luogo piacevole, ma certamente migliorabile …
Pros:

L’hotel si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla e può rappresentare un’alternativa per chi vuole godersi Verona e il territorio limitrofo, fuori dal caos..

Cons:

Ho trovato la colazione molto comune, il servizio molto scarso poiché vi erano soltanto un paio di addette al servizio in sale e al bar, con conseguente disagio per chi attende di essere servito.
Migliorare l’ospitalità del personale alla reception, piuttosto freddo e in difficoltà nella disponibilità poiché sottodimensionato…
Il sistema di riposo un po’ rigido; bastava un topper per aumentare il comfort del riposo.
