Basen - chwyt na klienta, zwykłe oszustwo. Poza tym wszystko naprawdę ok.

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji i w wyjątkowym stylu.

Cons:

Basen- możliwość korzystania maxymalnie 2 godzin dziennie po uprzedniej rezerwacji i to za dodatkową opłatą - to jakiś absurd a do tego nie ma żadnych informacji na ten temat. W centrum Włoch w środku lata to nie dopuszczalne !!!

L'ensemble de l'établissement : équipements, confort des chambres, petit déjeuner, etc...

ATTENTION AUX VOLS DANS LES CHAMBRES !!!
Ma cousine s'est faite voler ses écouteurs apple tout neufs qui étaient en charge sur la table de nuit dans la chambre. Aucune effraction, ils été subtilisés entre le petit déjeuner et notre retour dans la chambre vers 14H (très vraisemblablement par le personnel de ménage ce jour-là)
Cela a été signalé au personnel de l'Hotel qui ne semblait même pas concerné. Pourtant de nombreuses indications ont été transmises car ces écouteurs Airpods sont géolocalisés (comme tous les appareils apple). Ma cousine peut les suivre par GPS. Le lendemain du vol, ces écouteurs étaient à Carpi, à proximité immédiate d'une blanchisserie. Depuis, ils sont à Carpi. Captures d'écran disponibles, transmises en direct au personnel de l'hotel qui a littéralement esquivé le sujet depuis le départ.
Depuis 3 ans, j'amène des amis et ma famille dans cet hotel.
Nous ne reviendrons plus.

A környék csendes, a közelben található minden amire szükség van.
Az ágy kényelmes, szoba tágas.
A reggeli nagyon jó volt, végtelen választékkal és friss gyümölcsökkel és pékárúval.

Cons:

Amikor a szállást lefoglaltuk a bookingos megerősítőben az szerepelt, hogy korlátlan SPA használat...
Viszont mikor megérkeztünk, kiderült, hogy előre foglalni kell maximum 2 órás intervallumban és 5€/fő/nap áron.
Nem az összeggel van a probléma hanem, hogy nem túl korrekt.
A szobánkat poshadt vízzel mosták fel így csatorna szag uralta a szobát pár órán keresztül amíg nem szellőzött ki.
