Un établissement vieillissant qui nécessiterait un sérieux rafraîchissement. Rapport qualité prix pas au niveau
Pros:

L accueil, l espace restauration au rez de chaussée

Cons:

La chambre est vieillotte, sale, de nombreux insectes (coccinelle, punaises) à notre arrivée dans la chambre. Tous les jours en revenant de sorties, j enlevais une trentaine d insectes. Une horreur. Le canapé lit présentait des trous de cigarettes. La salle de bain était sale et les équipement d un autre temps. J avais commandé un repas au room service. Le plateau est resté 2 jours dans la chambre avant que je le descende à l accueil … des travaux dans l hôtel et devant l hôtel rendant l accès difficile.

A low 3-Star sold at the price of mid 4-Star experience
Pros:

The staff was friendly and tried to help us within their own abilities but that wasn’t sufficient. Breakfast was okay, luckily we are not picky and could find a fair amount of Whole Foods, fruits and vegetables - it wasn’t a highlight of the stay though.

Cons:

The cleanliness is something that is not negotiable, the bathroom wasn’t filthy but neither clean.
As we were two adults and two kids we had a room with a double bed and an extensible sofa, the bed had a duvet while the extensible sofa had only a thin blanket that was dirty. We asked for a second duvet and they said the best they can do is a second blanket so we got that but no cover to pack both blankets in. So sleep wasn’t the most comfortable trying to dodge the dirty blankets that we tried to cover with a regular bed sheet.
So yeah, there’s a lot of room for improvement.

un séjour agréable
Pros:

Personnel chaleureux, souriant, disponible, l'établissement est propre, le lit est confortable.
La situation géographique est excellente, pas besoin de se déplacer en voiture, le tram 4 est à 5 minutes de l'hôtel, il vous dépose au centre historique de Turin en 15 à 20 minutes.

Cons:

Pas d'espace de jeux pour les enfants

Buon hotel, personale competente e discreto, ottimo il ristorante, comoda la stanza.
Pros:

Varietà e qualità dell'offerta a colazione, posizione molto vicina a dove avevo i miei interessi, ottima la cena.

Cons:

Il parcheggio gratuito è un po' piccolo e non c'è attenzione verso il fatto che la colonnina ci ricarica per le auto elettriche viene occupata anche per la sosta normale.
