short transit in Jakarta
Pros:

location is close to shopping areas. This the main reason we chose the hotel as we only had short time transiting in Jakarta

The swimming pool as not clean and the surrounding areas seems not well maintained.

Pros:

The property was a bit dated but clean and well maintained. We liked the fact that there was a kids play room and free ice cream for the little ones. Access to the executive lounge was also a welcome surprise

Memorable Iftar experience at Syailendra
Pros:

My first time breakfasting at Syailendra, the food was amazing! From the sushi, Padang corner, grilled corner, vegetable, asian corner, it was all fresh and mouth watering. A special shout out to the gelato corner, I has cheese cake and coconut flavor, it was the bomb!! Transported me back to the flavor of gelato in Rome 😍

Also Pak Jamal from security gate, very friendly and kind! Showing a good service to a guest is always appreciated!
