A most wonderful stay!
Pros:

We stayed at The JW Marquis last week for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience.
Nothing was too much trouble for every member of staff from security to reception to bar staff to kitchen staff.
There is a real feeling of care and warmth in this hotel. Food selection in both Maya an the club lounge was exceptional and the staff were especially helpful providing gluten free food for our celiac daughter.
On my birthday the staff decorated our room and gave me decorations, a cake and flowers, it was so kind.
We look forward to returning when we move to Jakarta this summer.
Thank you to all staff for wonderful service.

Nice Lounge Good Staff Ageing Decor Style
Pros:

Strategically located in the heart of Mega Kuningan. I was upgraded for my one night to a massive suite which was appreciated. Lounge was decent with good service. The hotel decoration style is quite dated which is not to my taste but may suit others. You can often find very good price point here which makes it a good option

Fantastic Stay
Pros:

I seldom wrote a review of the hotels I stayed in unless it was a near perfect experience. I am just about to finish my two-week holiday moving from one Marriott's property to another in Bali and Jakarta.

In Jakarta, my favorite place to stay is JW Marriott Kuningan, which is nearly flawless in light of its Services, Room's Cleanliness, Sleep Quality, Club Lounge, Gym and Fitness Center, and of course its affordable Price.

Special mention to Mr. Jan Christopher, the Duty Manger, which made my stay even more memorable. I could see how he passionately approached all guests in the Club Lounge to make sure everything is going well with them.

Surely, I will keep coming back to this place in my future visit to Jakarta.
