Nice, quite, and clean hotel
Pros:

Close to everything. The room was spacious, well organized, and clean. Worth to mention, the bathroom was big, clean, and overall better than in some other more expensive hotels. We had a good rest, thank you!

Walk distance from everything. No breakfast though.
Pros:

I appreciate the convenience of being able to walk to the restaurants and stores in Downtown Mackinaw City. The shower head is excellent, and I enjoy taking a shower after a long day. The room is clean overall, but the towels have a yellowish tint and need to be upgraded. Additionally, the fridge in the room is not cold enough. It would also be beneficial to have a microwave available, as it makes sense to have one alongside the fridge for warming up food. The check-in and check-out was easy and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The pool and the stairs leading up to the second floor are located directly behind the wall of room 119. Unfortunately, during our stay, a family with young children kept running up and down the stairs and slamming doors. It would be helpful if the front desk could limit the placement of families with small children on the second floor to help minimize this issue.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Mackinac Island for a day!
Pros:

The water pressure was great. The short walk to the ferry was perfect.

Cons:

No microwave or frig.

Both good and bad experience with associates.
Pros:

The price was good and the beds were comfortable and clean. I did check to see if there was only 1 floor or an elevator. They gave me 1 on the 2nd floor with access to the stairs only. When I asked if we could change to the main floor. They were very nice about it and switched for us.

Cons:

The morning of checkout we didn't know what time checkout was and my phone had broken. My daughter went to the office to check. He told her the time. Since it was very close to it she asked about a late checkout. He gave her a weird answer. He told her that technically it was another day. A simple yes or no would have worked just fine.

Room was ok. I won't go back because of the scratchey towles.
Cons:

Towles were like sandpaper. Clock didn't work right and outlet cover was removed/dangerous.
