Pros:

Loved the location, close to ferries and all the shops. You can walk to the ferry and save a bunch of money for parking. Great hotel for the price.

Cons:

There was a big crack on the ceiling above one of the beds, where the drywall appears to be moving causing the ceiling to peel. There was a screen for the window laying on the other bed. The hot water took a very long time to actually GET hot.

no counter space in bathroom. no daily checks in room, had to dump our own trash more then once. wasnt notified that if we wanted our room cleaned, we had to call and requested it.

Nice, quite, and clean hotel
Pros:

Close to everything. The room was spacious, well organized, and clean. Worth to mention, the bathroom was big, clean, and overall better than in some other more expensive hotels. We had a good rest, thank you!

Both good and bad experience with associates.
Pros:

The price was good and the beds were comfortable and clean. I did check to see if there was only 1 floor or an elevator. They gave me 1 on the 2nd floor with access to the stairs only. When I asked if we could change to the main floor. They were very nice about it and switched for us.

Cons:

The morning of checkout we didn't know what time checkout was and my phone had broken. My daughter went to the office to check. He told her the time. Since it was very close to it she asked about a late checkout. He gave her a weird answer. He told her that technically it was another day. A simple yes or no would have worked just fine.

Room was ok. I won't go back because of the scratchey towles.
Cons:

Towles were like sandpaper. Clock didn't work right and outlet cover was removed/dangerous.
