Cons:

There were homeless people everywhere, and a large pile of junk was sitting in the parking lot. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff told me that their system had not received my reservation from Booking.com. There were no on-site staff members available; all assistance was provided through a virtual agent on a screen. In addition, my key card stopped working twice during my two-night stay, and I had to get it replaced both times.

Disturbing & loud movement’s at 6am
Semi-trucks rolling out at 6am
Not soundproof AT ALL.
Tub didn’t drain - disgusting!
