Pros:

Ottima colazione, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Struttura mediovale ristrutturata egregiamente immersa nel verde facendo dimenticare di essere in città.
Ottima posizione, lontano dal caos ma a due passi dal centro.

Cons:

Consiglierei maggior attenzione al rifornimento acqua nel frigobar specialmente in questo periodo di caldo torrido.

Carina l'idea, ma bisogna fare qualcosa in più
Pros:

La struttura è silenziosa anche se su due piani. Camere e bagno adeguati. Comodo il letto. Colazione modesta ma accettabile e caffè alla macchinetta bevibile. Vicinanza di ristorante gourmet. Parcheggio riservato. Personale femminile molto disponibile e gentile.

Cons:

Trovato coprimaterasso visibilmente macchiato. La piscina NON è in gestione al resort ma al ristorante, che tollera gli ospiti della struttura, con orari d'estate poco comodi: 10-19. Non ho apprezzato che questo non fosse specificato. Ristrutturazione camere piano terra: poco luminose, all'ingresso divanetto rotto e macchiato, nell'angolino piccolissimo (non ci stanno lattine e bottiglie insieme) frigo bar con sola acqua; prese elettriche scomode, lontane dal letto, persino con cavi fuori dal muro. Struttura molto isolata senza possibilità di usufruire di bar o di altro, se non a richiesta alla reception. Nonostante l'impegno, parecchie zanzare. Al ristorante 'adiacente' è raro trovare posto: quindi per mangiare si deve prendere auto / taxi.

Ambiente (altes Kloster), wundeschöne Gartenanlage, hervorragende Küche

Cons:

Pool Ende Mai bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen nicht geöffnet - obwohl ja damit geworben wird.

Frühstück war O.K. Auswahl wenig.

Cons:

Ausstattung des Zimmers wurde den Ansprüchen nicht gerecht. Kühlschrank zu laut. Lampenschirm und Tresor defekt. Vor dem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss waren Italiener und haben lauthals Karten gespielt.

Basen tylko do 19-tej trochę krótko, Restauracja całą zarezerwowana, brak możliwości zjedzenia kolacji- podobno trzeba rezerwować trzy dni wcześniej ☹️, nikt nie dba o klienta hotelu, słowem przepraszam od szefa hotelu nikt się nie nasyci. Śniadanie tylko w środku budynku, podobno od rana były opryski na komary lub inne insekty i nie można było wyjść na zewnątrz Kiepsko trafiliśmy, nie polecam wrażenie fatalne
