Tendría 4 estrellas cuando abrió, decepcionante.
Pros:

El desayuno no estaba mal y el patio para desayunar era muy agradable. La habitación tenía todo lo básico.

Cons:

El ascensor no tenía pinta de estar homologado, sin puerta y había que dejar el botón pulsado todo el trayecto para que se moviera, si dejabas de pulsarlo se paraba en mitad de la nada.
Nos pusieron en una "suite", que lejos de ser más cómoda era un incordio porque tenía dos plantas, una con la cama y el baño y la de arriba con el balcón y un sofá que nunca usamos, lo malo es que había que subir escaleras para después bajarlas, una cosa absurda.
Todo parecía bastante viejo y dejado. La ducha pretendía ser de lluvia, pero estaba tan obturada que salía a chorros.
La cama y las almohadas eran incómodas. La jefa de sala del desayuno era una inútil total. El balcón parecía un zulo para fumadores. Y nos dejaron una papelera llena de basura y una bonita hoja de cactus seca.

Service ok, leider Zimmer sehr laut

Atmosphäre in einem ehemaligen Kloster.

Das Restaurant ist absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr guter Service und hervorragende Speisen und Getränke

Cons:

Die Unterkunft besteht aus dem Hotel, Seminarbereich und einem unabhängigen Restaurant. Unsere Junior Suite (406) lag direkt neben dem Frühstücksbereich im Innenhof. Abends wurde dieser leider vom Restaurant mit genutzt. Demzufolge lauter Restaurantbetrieb bis in den späten Abend. Die Möbel vor unserem Zimmer wurden auch nach den Restaurantzeiten bis in die Nacht genutzt. Chill-out Ecke für Seminarteilnehmer bis 4 Uhr morgens. Sehr störend und wenig erholsame Nächte.

Bellissimo resort in un luogo da sogno autentico e con carattere.

Ottima posizione in un autentico borgo nella natura vicino a dei bellissimi vigneti.

Cons:

L’unico difetto di questo posto é il cattivo o assente isolamento acustico. Un ospite vicino parlava a voce molto alta (un maleducato, ma non è colpa della struttura) e sembrava fosse in stanza con noi

Endroit magnifique, hôtel agreable

Grand parking, réception ouverte 24h/24, délicieux petit-déjeuner. La chambre est magnifique, spacieuse et en duplex. Une agréable cour intérieure et un charmant patio complètent ce cadre idyllique. Laissez-vous bercer par la douce Dolce Vita.

Achei boa, a foto do anúncio da uma enganada pq essa piscina não é para banho, fica no restaurante do hotel

Cons:

Achei o café da manhã fraco comparado com todos que que tomamos na Itália, as coisas não tinham aquecimento, e a água quente do banho é regulada
