Well, stuff happens. It’s called vacation.
Pros:

Location was pretty good the atmosphere especially in the front desk need to attitude adjustment 100% the rooms were very clean but for the price the room it was a little pricey for what you got. I had to wait four hours on 2 rags was unhappy about that. I would recommend for you to be on the explorer or hire because there’s a lot of music being played at the pool if you enjoy that get one through five and annuities there are none besides the pool which is very nice but the bartender does stay drunk and I don’t think he knowsthe prices of the drinks lol

Cons:

Arrived a little after 4pm to check in and was told that my room wasn’t ready but that it would be ready soon and they will waive the parking fee. Fast Forward to almost two hours later and didn’t receive a text/call if the room was ready. Went and talk to the receptionist who was doing her job and listening to whatever the manager was saying. We were then told that the room was cleaned and just needed to be inspected. So we went to the corner store and returned back 15 minutes later and still no room. The receptionist took it upon herself to go inspect the room and that’s when we were able to check in 2 plus hours later.

My stay at Hotel Blue was disappointing from the moment we arrived. Our two‑bedroom suite smelled packed down and moldy, so we went to the front desk to report it. They switched our room, but even the second one was only moderately better. The elevators were another major issue several were broken, and the ones that did work made loud noises and felt unsafe, like they might not stop properly. I also found a roach in the hallway, going to the pool area which is unacceptable for any hotel. The pool areas were just as concerning. The pools were not clean, the lazy river was extremely dirty, and the entire ground floor around the pool and lazy river was filthy. It looked like it hadn’t been properly maintained in a long time. My family did not get into the pool, hot tub, nor did we get into the lazy river at the hotel we went to doors down to where they have a partnership with the hotel, Overall, the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. The location has potential, but the current conditions made the stay uncomfortable.
