Una sola notte a Sarnico di passaggio
Pros:

Personale molto gentile ed efficiente. Posizione comoda e molto vicina al lago. Colazione varia e con prodotti freschi e molto buoni.

Cons:

La camera pur essendo spaziosa andrebbe un po' rinnovata. Purtroppo essendo lato strada soprattutto la mattina presto si sente il rumore del traffico

La camera era molto pulita.
Staff gentile e accogliente.
Colazione, anche se un po’ scarsa, ma con prodotti di qualità.

Cons:

Nella camera mancava il bidè.
Poche prese di corrente disponibili.
Alcune zone avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione.

Soggiorno discreto con qualche imprevisto

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una sola notte tra amiche, prenotando una tripla e una quadrupla. L’esperienza nel complesso è stata discreta: le camere sono molto spaziose e confortevoli e la colazione abbastanza varia.

Cons:

Purtroppo, al nostro rientro in camera la sera, abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio, e sotto uno dei letti c’era una mutanda da bambino lasciata da precedenti ospiti, in un punto visibile. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception la mattina seguente, ma ci è stato semplicemente detto “ci dispiace”, senza ulteriori scuse o gesti.

Peccato, perché la struttura ha del potenziale, ma la pulizia e la gestione delle segnalazioni meritano sicuramente più attenzione.
