Overall the stay was very good.
Pros:

The room was clean, very large and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly throughout the day. The breakfast was better than I expected!

Cons:

The only thing I did not like about the room was one of the mirrors was facing the bed. It was on the closet door and there was not enough room between the bed and closet door to look at your outfit for the day.

You get what you pay for!
Pros:

Friendly staff

Cons:

For starters out tv didn’t work and they never sent anyone to fix it.
Our sheets were dirty, we only got clean ones and we had to changes ourselves.
The room was very dusty , lamps, headboard and walls.

Best stop along the way.
Pros:

I liked every component of my stay, which includes staff, room, price, and location, and added security features.

I have stayed at the Potomac Mills Best Western Hotel three times, and the benefits of each stay were the same.

I must add that the staff were very accommodating. I made a special request a few days prior to my arrival, and it was successfully executed.

Cons:

I can't say there has been anything about this hotel that I didn't like.

Rooms were not ready
Pros:

Breakfast was good, had multiple option to choose.

Cons:

Rooms were not ready upon checking in, we had to wait about 1 hour in the lobby with bags and suitcases, we had an event to attend at 5pm and it was 4pm and the room was not still cleaned he moved us to a different room.then we had to rush to the event, we got there late.
