Convenient to where we were going
The room smelled damp and musty
The toilet/shower was very good and location excellent for going north out of Sydney.
The room was very dusty next to and around single bed under window and some of the furniture around fridge water damaged.
Lovely room and cozy!
No objective
Convenient location 24hr reception and food drinks available.
Old TVs in rooms would have preferred a smart TV.
My second stay here. I had a nicer room than I remember. Quite basic but it’s comfortable enough. The young women on staff were fantastic; so smiling and welcoming, we were amazed by how lovely they were. What a nice vibe! Breakfast options were good and we ate twice in the restaurant for dinner.
More vegetarian dinner options pls— both nights the veg lasagne was unavailable.
Staff were friendly and helpful
Paying to park our car in their car park
Staff were helpful in assigning a new room when our first room was damp
Good location for what we needed
The food in the restaurant was not the best. A little pricey for what it was.
Sheets were itchy and bed was lopsided
Staff and breakfast.
Bed comfort level was low. Bathroom was like a cruise ship. For the price I expected it to be less than what we usually stay in, but we have decided to not stay there again.
Convenient location. Comfy beds. Great breakfast options
A bit taken aback that we had to pay an extra $10 to park our car. There was plenty of parking spaces so obviously parking availability was not a factor
tidy and clean
single bedS And TV too low to watch in bed
For a 2-night stay, the room was comfortable enough for our purposes. It was also close to the event we were attending.
The toilet/bath required a step up and down. Quite risky for an arthritic person like me. The bed had only two pillows, one each for my husband and me. The breakfast was quite average and had very little selection offered.
Clean, comfortable!

The accommodation was comfortable, although the bathroom being a cubicle is quite small.
Although the Ibis Hotel advertises its restaurant as an option to dine in, the food was terrible. My first preference was a vegetarian lasagne but it had already run out before Friday. My second option, Beef Stroganoff, the meat was tough and unable to be cut and I sent it back. My third option was fish and chips, too many chips, the salad was old - wilted and contained old yellow leaves with just a few cherry tomatoes mixed in. If the hotel is offering a restaurant, and I think a Friday and Saturday would be a peak time for people to dine in, the food needs to be brought up to standard. The breakfast buffet was OK.
The location was great for us because of close proximity to family
All good
