it was great, please get larger beds instead of pushing two smaller ones together

Location was good, convenient for our needs. Enjoyed the breakfast that was included with our breakfast. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The room had quite a bit of dust which was unpleasant and the bedding had some staining. We spent the day out and about and on one of the days when we returned or room keys had been deactivated which was frustrating.

Another excellent overnight stay at the IBIS Thornleigh.
Pros:

We are regular guests at the Thornleigh IBIS.. it’s always clean everything works as it should and it’s close to family.

Cons:

Minor but the AC this time didn’t seem responsive to adjustment.

Pleaseant and comfortable and good value.
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. Reception area was inviting and the welcome was very friendly . Manager Patrick was very helpful and friendly. Excellent value. Thank you.

Cons:

We had to ask for a Room Service Menu and there wasn't a list of contact numbers etc. Otherwise all very good. Thank you.
