Pros:

Personeel was erg vriendelijk, kamer was schoon en de douche had een fijne regendouche, maar ook een normale kop. Hygiene was top in orde. Daarnaast is het een mooi hotel, op een toplocatie. 24/7 open.

Delightful stay.
Pros:

Excellent location in Seville. Room was very comfortable, breakfast was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We had a great time and loved Seville.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and the breakfast was delicious.Our room was very clean and comfortable with a good shower,it was very quiet with a view of the courtyard.The staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

Our room was a little small,the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were loose and banged when we shut the door.When we arrived the night porter told us the swimming pool was closed for maintenance and the minibar in our room was complimentary,both incorrect.We would like to have used the pool during our stay as it was warm and sunny.

Ambiente e decoração do lobby, e atendimento.
Almofadas excelentes

Cons:

Sanita entupida. Pedimos para arranjar mal fizemos o check-In enquanto saímos para jantar. Quando voltámos, parecem ter desentupido, mas o cheiro do WC ficou consequentemente bastante desagradável.
Um dos quartos não tinha luz natural, muito confinado

Loved this hotel. Loved Saville. ❤️
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. So glad Osprey Holidays recommended it to us. Like a tardis. Small frontage that opened up to a wonderful space. Perfect place for proximity to tapas bars cafes restaurants etc. Rooms beautifully decorated. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine! Nice rooftop terrace & plunge pool. The buffet breakfast was perfect to set us up for the day and the public lounge areas, zones and bar so tasteful. Every member of staff made us welcome and were so friendly. Would look out for H10 hotels wherever we go. Thank you.
