Pros:

The facilities fixtures and equipment was worn, out of order, and poorly maintained. The staff spoke limited, broken english and was away from the front desk more than at it.

I am going to begin to question the validity of Expedia rankings and will like use a different service if this is what Expedia books.

The property was quiet and safe until you walk outside the gates. Overall I like the place even if the bathroom was a little smelly. The breakfast was convenient and reliable

The rug was nasty The laid out bed was nasty it had trash under the lit out bed it had a big nasty spot in the lead out bed I was itchy I had to bring cleaning stuff from my house to clean the restroom up it wasn't good at all The breakfast sausage was fake

Pros:

The area did not seem very upscale but we had no problems. Upon checkin we were given a room that reeked of smoke, was worn, and had a dirty bathroom. We immediately went back to the front desk, primarily because of the smoke smell. While not apologetic, she moved us immediately. The second room was on a floor that appeared to have been renovated. It was nothing fancy but perfectly fine.

Pros:

We had to change 3 rooms because the first room the refrigerator didn’t work and also had a terrible scent in the room. The second room the TV didn’t work even after a worker tried to fix it. The third room was nasty as you can see in those pictures.

The property is in the process of being completely remodeled on the inside...so everything is new and very clean. Reasonably priced and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

All good. The only thing I found wrong was the pool was closed for renovations. Breakfast was good. Staff was good about refilling things like the eggs, potatoes and sausage but had to ask them

Pros:

Property is obviously under renovations. Room was clean. Soap dish in shower was broken and had dangerous sharp edges on it. I reported it as soon as I noticed but was not offered another room. Breakfast was terrible. Stayed at another Comfort Inn in Nashville that was excellent.
