也許適合長租客的Guest House
Pros:

我們也許是六個人住了9人房，住宿費竟高達NT$6329，沒熱水，沒早餐，沒電視，只有一卷捲筒衛生紙。

也許適合長租客。

建築很有當地風格，庭院很不錯，離Section 3也很近。

不是想像中的這麼舒服
Pros:

這一間民宿環境並沒有想像中這麼好，插座脫落、浴室沒有熱水可以洗澡、馬桶沒有馬桶蓋跟馬桶座、走路的時候不小心還會踢到遺落的木板，環境非常髒亂、沒有延長線可以借、沒有吹風機可以借、三天浴巾都用同一條、紗窗是破的，還會有蚊子飛進來，吸煙區在中間，我們住2樓每次都會聞到煙味飄進來的味道，外國人很愛抽煙，一抽就是抽半個小時，第一天來報到我跟老闆娘講我的訂房編號，他跟我講說喔根本沒訂房，且我們沒有多餘的房間可以讓你住，一直周旋著叫我自己查明清楚，我把Mail信箱打開看給他並確認我已經繳費也收到訂房完成通知，他居然說他看不懂中文，但是他很肯定的是我沒有訂房，一早到，確認了一個小時最後她才恍然大悟說我們有訂房，我們已經很累了，很想進去休息都不同意，我遇到一個搞不清楚狀況的老闆娘。

Pros:

The grounds of the property were well maintained, but the rooms could use a few more homey touches. A ceiling fan in the cabin would be great. Good location, away from the busy beach strip but very close to the water.

I'd never go back
Pros:

What really rubs me the wrong way about this place is that some staff participated in loud drunk behavior at this place oast 12 am while we were trying to sleep. Not one time time but two times did my partner have to go outside in the courtyard area to ask about eight people to turn down their voices. Drinking mixed with loud voices echoed into our rooms. This is a bad mix for a good night's sleep. Nobody obeyed my partners concern at the first time he nicely asked them to lower their voices. Had a horrible night's sleep and would never go back. Accommodation is a place for rest. Beaches and bars are where you can take your loud selves St the late nights hour to have fun. Drinking, shouting, and making noise in the outside courtyard sleep is a recipe for disaster if you really need to sleep which we barely did.

Pros:

I like the concept of the hotel which is the native look, so relaxing. Kunting renovation o development ang kailangan. But what I like most are the staff, super accomodating and kind. Thank you sa inyo. I will recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

Pros:

A good basic but quiet and very affordable adress in Boracay. Rooms are clean and team is nice and helpfull.
A vey nice inside yard where you can rest and meet other customers. The alley leading to the beach in zone 3 (100 m) is nice and pleasant.

It was okay...
Pros:

Staff was helpful, room was not bad but no air conditioning and lots of mosquitos/flys and the toilet didn’t flush very well. Pretty warm in the room with just a single fan.

Pros:

La ubicación no es buena. Difícil de encontrar, sin accesos para transporte. No limpian la habitación. Internet malo. Con algunos insectos(arañas y mosquitos). Solo se puede desayunar, no cenas ni comidas.
