The pool was closed and they changed for everything.. for the price they could have given you free breakfast like the other hotel do!!!!

Pros:

Our Room. The professionalism and caring staff.

Cons:

The young lady who prepared breakfast food on 1/19/26 needs a little help with getting orders right and making sure tables that have been used are wiped clean. Repeating back a food order insures the customer they are getting what they ordered. She was nice just needed more training.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. The pool was great but way to many KIDS . I should of looked for a hotel for adults only my fault!

Cons:

Room did not have enough drawers for clothes. Only 2 in a small chest and one in night stand. There was enough floor space that could accommodate another chest of drawers.

View was breathtaking
Cons:

I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking. Who in their right mind would Come to a hotel and not bring a vehicle. It should be included in the rent of the room. Also there was an elevator down. While we didn’t wait long for it to be fixed it was said multiple times by multiple people that it was down for quite a while
