Oceanfront location, size of room
Room had plumbing issues, water slow drained out of tub and sink, creating tub and sink back up when in use. Water pressure was too low and too hot. AC unit was noisy. Size of suite was great.

Checked in by Anjie who was friendly, cordial, pleasant, yet professional.
Each time Anjie saw us in the lobby, she made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Both young ladies are management prospects. They put their heart into their profession.
As for the cleanliness of the rooms as well as the lobby, everything was immaculate.
Breakfast was freshly made to order.
Our room was spacious and we had a beautiful view of the ocean.

The room was very spacious and comfortable! We enjoyed the location of the hotel. It felt very luxurious. The view was amazing.
There was some mold/mildew in the room. The outdoor pool was open but we weren't allowed to swim, the indoor pool had a film on it. Every single thing cost money- parking, laundry, a cup of hot tea, nothing was complimentary.
Staff was friendly and Breakfast was excellent 👌
Received a upgrade to a suite without even asking!!!!
