Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful. Clean. Breakfast was decent bargain. Spacious. Nice balcony overlooking ocean.

Cons:

Only one elevator for 13 floors. Often had to wait. Room service only provided every other day. Shampoo and body wash in shower-installed containers ran out. Parking and breakfast cost extra.

This place was way overpriced for the accommodations. I have stayed in better motels than this.
Pros:

The pool and pool staff were great.

Cons:

The breakfast staff didn’t know what they were doing. There were several items missing and had to ask several times for things. The layout was also confusing. Staff didn’t not understand English well enough. Room needed some major repairs. Sink drained very slow. Shower handle cover plate falling off.

Overall, it was an excellent place to vacation.
Pros:

Elaina, the evening front desk clerk, was super nice and helpful.

Cons:

Improvements could be made with cleaning or at least dry-mopping more often the hallway where people came in from the beach/pool. I was nervous someone might fall on the wet floor, especially the many elderly people who were there.
