Foi muito agradável, prática e com bom custo benefício.
Pros:

Ótima localização próxima a estação de metrô, quarto confortável com elevador, toalhas limpas, recepcionista atencioso, banheiro limpo e café da manhã muito saboroso e com variedade.

Pros:

The hotel is close to the main station so easy connection to Genoa airport or Milan. The room size was decent. WiFi was ok

Douche pas agréable, qu’on règle sur le chaud ou le froid, un coup ça coule chaud, d’un coup ça devient froid et ça tout le long de la douche sans même toucher au robinet.
Au moment du départ, Le personnel a essayé de nous facturer un petit déjeuner que nous n’avons jamais pris ni même demandé

Ottima posizione proprio di fronte a stazione di Porta Principe, un buon punto di partenza per visitare il centro storico , e oltre , a piedi. Quando si arriva all'ingresso che dà sulla strada non fa proprio una bella impressione,in realtà l'hotel è stato ricavato dalla struttura di un palazzo antico,gli spazi interni sono adeguati ,la sala per la colazione è ampia,con tavoli comodi.La colazione servita soddisfa sia i gusti dolci che salati.La camera d'angolo al quarto piano semplicemente deliziosa,bagno praticamente nuovo,pulizia eccellente.Personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile per informazioni.Consigliato.

For one night stay to sleep over and continue travel is ok , i guess.
Pros:

Very welcoming and supportive person at desk. Apart from ok value for money, i guess.

Cons:

No parking at all, not even small stop to unload bags. At the end of train station which is as same as to be on tracks, very old and used furniture, and bathroom that is suitable for kid, barely can turn around inside.
