Was satisfied with my stay there, and would stay again.
Pros:

It was only a few minutes walk from Genoa Principe train station. Reception was very efficient and went smoothly. Room had a fridge which was already cooled. Slept well in the bed.

Cons:

Lack of power points in the room, one you could choose between the bed light or use it for something else. Eventually found another behind a storage cabinet.

Bahnhofsnah zur Station "Piazza Principe" und zum histor. Zentrum
Pros:

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung in Genua auf meiner Bahnreise von Marseille nach Mailand war das Hotel genau richtig: 200 m Fußweg, davon aber 70 Stufen zum und 70 Stufen im Hotel:-) Vor dem Bahnhof die Bar "Il Chiosco": Sowohl abends wie auch morgens ein beliebter Treffpunkt! Toller Blick über den Bahnhof "Piazza Principe" bis zu den Kreuzfahrtschiffen im Hafen. Fußläufig gelegen zum historischen Zentrum!

Cons:

Es lag ein penetranter Geruch im Zimmer und im Hotelflur; nach dem Lüften war's ok.

Stanza silenziosa, da ammodernare ma cmq comoda. Il personale gentilissimo ed accomodante per poter lasciare i bagagli l'ultimo giorno. Posizione proprio davanti alla stazione Piazza Principe

L’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Les problèmes : la salle de bain qui est très humide malgré la VMC, l’eau de la douche qui ne reste pas chaude, l’armoire cassée avec la porte qui ne tient pas

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait: dés que j'arrive, je peux laisser ma valise et me balader. Pareil pour le départ. On peut arriver plus tôt, à 13h, et cela m'arrange, car c'est l'heure d'arrivée de mon flixbus. Personnel souriant et efficace. Tout est très propre et en bon état. Superbe vue de la terrasse du 5e. Ma chambre était calme: j'ai bien dormi. J'ai trouvé tout ce dont je pouvais avoir besoin. Merci!

Foi muito agradável, prática e com bom custo benefício.
