Personal super simpático e informativo 24/7 y el personal habla varios idiomas: 10/10

Lugar muy cerca de la estación de tren: 9/10
Calor: puedes ajustarlo como quieras, incluso abrir las ventanas 10/10

Cons:

Hay un ascensor pero aún así tienes que caminar por bastantes escaleras para llegar al ascensor.
Esta vez la cama estaba muy dura en mi habitación y me costaba dormirme durante varias horas.
La ducha me decepcionó un poco, había poca cantidad de agua y no caía de manera uniforme, hace falta arreglarlo.
En la cuarta planta el ruido de los trenes es muy alto cuando frenan y cuando pitan. Pero supongo que es el precio a pagar por estar muy cerca de la estación de trenes, no sé cómo se vive en otros hoteles.
