The historic hotel had single paned windows so noise from HVAC system was noisy.

Disappointing. There was a buch of dirt/hair under the couch

We had a $100 gift card for any SCP and the staff could not figure out how to process it.
Extremely disappointing. Our kids gave us the card for Christmas purchased at SCP Salishan.

Cons:

I reserved this room based on the attributes listed. Arrived with family after being evacuated from a local fire. First, was told I could not check in early for two reasons -- 1) room wasn't ready (fair enough), and 2) had to pay an early check in fee. Was ready to pay, but feeling a complete lack of empathy to local community struggling with tragedy. I was told I could wait in the cafe while the room was being prepared. Really? I was in tears and loaded up with a displaced family. Came back an hour later and was told they could not accommodate our cat and they could not refund our payment. A disgrace to the local community.

Thank you for a lovely stay.
Pros:

What a beautiful property! We appreciated the location and proximity to so many wonderful options for food, leisure, hiking, and entertainment.

Cons:

Our room was next to the outside condensers so it was difficult to sleep. We appreciated having a noise canceling machine and ear plugs, but having multiple noises throughout the night was a challenge. In addition to the condensers running, we had an ongoing fan (buried in the wall?) in our bathroom that was running as well. The hotel had vacant rooms so surprised they chose this room for us.

Good location. Nice room with sound machine and comfortable beds. Bar and restaurant on site. Cozy lobby that is actually used as a relaxing spot by many people including us.

The lobby, coffee shop, and bar are great. Good workout room. Great staff. Cool vibe. Restaurants all around. Super location. Happy hour great.

Preference a third floor room to avoid noise from rude walkers in hard soled shoes above.

Exactly what we wanted.
Pros:

Came for anniversary staycation. Met all our wants and needs. Would highly reccomend to out of town folks. Looking forward to drinks on rooftop bar, and another great meal at restaurant.

Cons:

Better views, but that isn't possible.
