Problème de douche à l’arrivée pas d’eau chaude, problème résolu mais ensuite sur les jours suivants grosses variations d’eau soit eau très chaude soit eau très froide

The staff were very kind, and I would especially like to highlight the receptionist, Anxhela – she was incredibly sweet, helpful, and friendly, a truly amazing lady. The cleanliness was excellent; the cleaning lady changed our bed linen every day and cleaned everything thoroughly. The breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely go back, that’s for sure ☺️ It was a fantastic experience – I highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you for everything Anxhela 💕💕

Muy buena opción en Ksamil
Pros:

Cerquita de todo, muy bien ubicado y muy cómodas las instalaciones.
El personal súper atento.
Desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Nos costó llegar, no por la ubicación del hotel en sí, que es muy buena, sino por Google Maps que nos mandaba por cualquier lado, huellas casi inexistentes. Recomendamos ir hasta el centro de Ksamil y de ahí buscar las indicaciones.
El estacionamiento del hotel es limitado y estrecho. Cuesta un poco sacar y meter el auto.

Впечатление неоднозначное. Отелю есть над чем работать.
Pros:

Остались двоякие впечатления от посещения. Расположение вполне себе неплохое. Пляж через дорогу, не в самом центре, конечно, но очень даже неплохо.

Cons:

Вид с балкона открывается неоднозначный - чтобы увидеть море, надо выглянуть и посмотреть налево. Если посмотреть направо, то там - горы. А вот вид прямо на крышу и стройку. Не было утюга. Не было расходников - ни одноразовых щеток, ни мыла (были только жидкое мыло и гель для душа), ни чая/ кофе. Кстати, не было даже чайных ложечек, поэтому когда мы захотели поесть купленную еду в номере, столкнулись с трудностями. Завтрак подавался на открытой террасе. Вид был красивый, но было прохладно и стулья были влажные (отдыхали в октябре). Меню было однообразное, из мясного были только сосиски. Вай фай был, но работал с перерывами. Выбивало предохранители, из-за чего были перебои с горячей водой.

Heerlijk ontbijt met prachtig uitzicht. Het ontbijt werd goed aangevuld. Mooie lichte en schone kamer. Fijn dat er parkeergelegenheid was.
