Une belle découverte de Bilbao en famille
Pros:

L accueil très sympathique aidant et professionnel
Le petit déjeuner gargantuesque

Quitando el check-in, todo. El personal muy amable, excelente ubicación, muy limpio y cómodo todo.

Cons:

Al hacer el check-in solo se recogieron mis datos. No se me explicó a qué hora era el desayuno, ni tampoco a qué hora era el check-out. Cuando le dije que estaba interesada en coger el parking, le tuve que volver a insistir que estaba interesada en este servicio y preguntarle cómo funcionaba el pago e información al respecto.

Extraklasseservice. Aufgrund der Unruhen in Bilbao würde möglich gemacht was ging.
Die Lage ist gigantisch, fast gegenüber vom Guggenheim und zur Altstadt. Wer laufen möchte, kann das entlang des Flusses auf beiden Seiten tun. Das Gym im Hotel reicht völlig aus für den kleinen Zwischensport.

The staff and breakfast were great. The location was also good for the Guggenheim and the old town

Cons:

Our room was too hot and the air-conditioning didn't work. It has been switched off centrally for the winter but it was still warm in Bilbao.

la vicinanza al centro e le camere a noi hanno dato una superiore

Cons:

buffet scarno …camere non insonorizzate bene ..mancanza di ciabatte di cortesia e presenza di moquette . ..(ormai non usa più )

Très bon séjour et situation géographique au top pour visiter Bilbao.
Pros:

Personnel sympathique et souriant. L'hôtel est très propre.
Situation géographique super pour visiter Bilbao à pied.
Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir laisser notre véhicule toute la journée dans le parking de l'hôtel alors que nous avions réservé pour une nuit seulement.

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé le prix du petit déjeuner un peu élevé. Pour la même chose dans d'autres hôtels le prix est d'environ 15€par personne.
Je n'ai pas pu amener mon chien (petite taille) dans la salle du petit déjeuner alors qu'il était en laisse et ne disait rien. Par crainte d'aboiement dans la chambre si laissé seul on préfère l'avoir avec nous.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation car le chauffage était en toute alors qu il faisait encore chaud dehors.
Eau de la douche est brûlante sans système de sécurité. Dangereux.
