No tengo nada negativo que comentar; todo estuvo excelente.
Pros:

Personal muy amable; me entregaron la habitación incluso antes de la hora de check-in. El desayuno estuvo muy bien y la ubicación es excelente.

Great place to stay when visiting Bilbao (and surrounding area).
Pros:

We arrived early and were able to check in, which was a bonus and we also got upgraded to the superior room with a River View and Balcony. The rooms were roomy, clean and had everything we needed.

All the staff that we has any interactions with were friendly and Helpful.

We walked from the Hotel to the old Town in about 15-20mins and across the river into town in about 10mins. However, there is a bus stop a few door down from the hotel and if you cross the footbridge approx 150m down the road, there is a Tram stop.
