The only good thing about this hotel is the location

Cons:

Lady at the reception was not friendly at all, the hotel room is dirty, she gave us two separate beds even she saw we need for a couple, also I've requested before in the booking but she ignored.

The lady at the reception was extremely helpful. She gave us very detailed and accurate information about the city and things to do, which we truly appreciated. The hotel’s location was excellent, and the room was clean.

Cons:

We stayed in a standard room with an extra bed, and unfortunately the room did not match the photos shown on Booking.com at all. The images were quite misleading. Although the room is listed as 25 m², it became noticeably cramped once the extra bed was added.
In terms of price–performance, it was disappointing. This might be partly due to our stay coinciding with a long holiday weekend and the generally high accommodation prices in Bilbao, but still, the value did not feel adequate.
