When I did the check in at night, the receptionist gave me a room with people already sleeping in it. The hotel is poorly maintained with stains on the carpets, breaks on the walls and in elevators, almost no WiFi

Cons:

I stayed at that hotel, and my experience was quite disappointing. They advertised a gym, but it was closed during my stay. The room had a bad smell, making it uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the door lock to my room malfunctioned, and despite waiting for over an hour, the issue was never resolved. I ultimately had to enter my room through the balcony of the neighboring room, an unacceptable solution.

Additionally, the hotel doesn’t provide complimentary water bottles, and guests are required to pay for them, which seems unreasonable given the overall service issues.

The room and the toilet had a bad smell, the A/C was not cooling. Toilet tap is short, hardly can wash hands, and water drain was clogged.
The toilet had a hair dryer, better to have kettle instead of hair dryer. Good thing it was just 1 night not longer.

Avoid this place. Staff were nice but the Hotel is absolutely NOT maintained.

Cons:

I had to change the rooms almost every day, because the toilet lock wont work or the card reader does not work. The swimming pool is freezing cold. There is a club under the hotel which is noisy.

Overall it was okay but I think there should be better options in the great city that is Casablanca.
Pros:

The location is next to the university which is good. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

When I arrived my bed had hairs. However I complained and they changed the sheets. The card for the room never worked I always had to go back to reception.
