Achtung, das Hotel macht Overbooking!! D.h. ihr bekommt möglicherweise nicht das Zimmer, dass ihr gebucht habt! So ist es uns passiert für die erste Nacht. Wir haben für eine 5er Familie ein viel zu kleines Zimmer bekommen, weil das Familienzimmer anscheinend an 2 Familien gleichzeitig verkauft wurde (Overbooking). Bezahlt haben wir aber für das Familienzimmer und Erstattung in Geld wurde abgelehnt. Eine nicht-optionale Erstattung war lediglich ein Spa-Gutschein. Das ist ein absolutes No-Go, dass man trotz bestätigter Buchung ein minderwertigeres Zimmer bekommt und das erst vor Ort erfährt.

Im Hotel ist es extrem laut. Sehr laute Musik am Pool, am Abend noch lauter - zuerst Animationen für Kinder, danach für Erwachsene.

Außerdem:
RESTAURANT:
- das Restaurant ist viel zu klein für die Menge der Gäste. Besonders zu Abendessen muss man mit Wartezeit rechnen, bis ein Tisch frei wird.
- Im Restaurant fehlt ständig Geschirr (Teller, Gläser, Becher). Wir waren 9 Tage vor Ort und es war jeden Tag so.
- Für Mittag- und Abendessen bekommt man mit Vollverpflegung nur Wasser umsonst. Bei uns war es eine 1.5 Liter Flasche für 5 Personen, d.h. 0.3 Liter pro Person. Viel zu wenig. Alles darüber hinaus ist kostenpflichtig (z.B. Cola oder Saft für ca. 3 Euro pro Glas).

HOTEL:
- Wlan im Zimmer hat praktisch nicht funktioniert
- Tresor im Zimmer ist kostenpflichtig (ja, das ist kaum zu glauben und sicherlich nicht der Standard in einem 4-Sterne Hotel)
- Fitness-Studio ist kostenpflichtig (5€ / Training)
- Das Parking vor dem Hotel ist viel zu klein und dauerbelegt. Es gibt allerdings ein Parking-Service (Schlüssel lassen und das Auto wird durch Personal geparkt)
- Trinkwasser ins Zimmer bekommt man nur für die erste Nacht. Danach muss man Wasser selber kaufen.
- Das Wasser in der Dusche ist nur lauwarm.
KIDS CLUB:
- laut Aushang muss man selbst mit älteren Kindern immer dabei sein, alleine lassen geht nicht.
- Toiletten vorhanden, allerdings ohne Toilettenpapier und Seife

Le moment de la restauration trop de monde ! La musique beaucoup trop forte qu en on est une clientèle familiale et beaucoup trop tardive et le parking heureusement qu'il y a celui gratuit de l autre côté de la route

Adorable avec un bruit insupportable

Le personnel de la réception est exceptionnel et très serviable et collaborateur et un grand merci à La Soukaina pour son accueil et sa gentillesse tout le long de notre séjour. De même pour les autres dames de la réception. Aussi, le personnel de la restauration est très gentille et supportent les clients lors de leur séjour malgré le grand nombre des clients...Aussi Badr de la salle sport est gentille.

Trois points, le plus dur à supporter le fort bruit jusqu'à 1 heure du matin. Si les enfants adorent moyennement ou plus ou moins, les adultes difficiles à tolérer et là c'est un grand dommage. Un autre point, il faut faire un effort au niveau du rinçage de la vaisselle (assiettes et verres) souvent remise à la clientèle avec quelques tâches, pas dans toutes les assiettes et verres, mais dommage pour certaines assiettes et cette défaillance est souvent difficile à tolérer...et l'autres critique c'est le manque aussi de lavage des fruits avant leur dépôt au profit de la clientèle, souvent des problèmes de propreté ont été notés. Par ailleurs d'autres problèmes sont à résoudre la disponibilité rapides des équipements de la restauration (table, chaizes, qu'il faut attendre un peu le soir pour trouver une place, parfois des verres et des assiettes qu'il faut attendre leur disponibilités, la faible connexion, l'eau chaude fait manque parfois...la qualité des fruits frais servis....

Emplacement top proche de la plage (à pieds) pour ceux qui aiment marcher l'hôtel se situe à une 30 aine de mn de la marina et de souk el had (marché couvert où l'on trouve tout )

Peut etre le manque d'hygiène au niveau du restaurant. Il y a tellement de passage que les employés n'ont pas le temps de nettoyer les tables correctement un simple chiffon mouillé sur la table et les sets de table et cest repartie peut-être faudrait il investir dans des sets en papier
