Tenir compte des réservations
Pros:

le personnel très attentionné. la restauration. la propreté de l'hôtel.

Cons:

le fait que l'on est eu une chambre avec 2 petit lit alors que nous avions réservé 1 chambre avec 1 grand lit, sachant que les matelas des lits étaient défectueux.
La personne à l'accueil nous a informé à nôtre arrivée qu'elle nous surclassé je pense que c'était plus un déclassement.

Premier séjour au sein de cet établissement et au Maroc, et nous n’avons pas été déçus !
Nous avons passé un formidable séjour : les équipements, la chambre ainsi que le service étaient irréprochables.

Le personnel est vraiment attentif, chaleureux et très professionnel. Mention spéciale également à l’équipe d’animation, drôle, dynamique et toujours enthousiaste, qui a largement contribué à la bonne ambiance du séjour.

Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Room is ok. Bathroom is very small, swimming pool is there, events happening regularly

Cons:

Room is fine and view is also good. Bathroom is very small, shower water comes out, due to the way it is designed, old property. Swimming pool water is not clean. Food is really good, taste also nice, But cleanliness can be improved. Water is not provided, we have to buy outside. It is not a Beachfront - you have to walk 850 meters, while return it is uphill. Massage service is so good, we loved it.

Staff nice, hotel in general really nice, pool good size , balcony great size and view from 3rd floor, location great, supermarket next door, good security at front door, external bar nxt to pool bar very good for watching sport in the sun on 2 large Tvs with great picture and nice staff. All in all great hotel but wouldnt eat there other than maybe breakfast, food in restaurants was very good outwith hotel.

Cons:

Food pretty awful as had half board, ate twice out of 7 night stay also was like a buffet canteen cramped with people rushing around and sometimes no tables available, alcohol pricey for Morocco, pool bar not adequate, virtually 2 or 3 diff bottled beers and were either slush as been put in freezer for quicker cooling or were warm, its not that difficult😵‍💫 Bar nxt to reception wasnt open until 2nd last day or 7 but only for 1 night then shut for maintenance, mind boggling, pool forever had water entertainment going on so no peace at poolside, u dont mind a couple hours of it but let people relax🙄,music pish and pumping😂

Best hotel in Agadir
Pros:

I stayed for 10 nights in 103.
My room was kept immaculately by 'Shama', I hope I'm correct.
Very friendly staff in all areas, especially Mustafa in Windsor Bar, Wafaa in Spagos Pool Bar, and of course "Bob" in Animation kept everyone entertained all the time.

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard for my liking, but we're all different...
