Wouldn't stay here again sorry

Location was good

Cons:

The hotel didn't have room ready on time but it wasn't just us there were others waiting for their room allocations at 4pm and were told still getting cleaned. Then put us in. Different room where the phone didn't work and smelt like sewage the whole time. Was unbearable

За наше большое путешествие по Марокко это самый худший отель.

Из хорошего в этом отеле только наличие собственных лежаков на пляже и достойный завтрак в виде «шведского стола» с хорошим выбором.

Cons:

Менеджер при заселении решил на нас заработать денег. Он обманул нас и взял с нас больше денег, чем мы должны были заплатить при заселении. У нас не было евро и мы попросили, есть ли возможность заплатить в долларах. Сначала он посчитал сумму по курсу канадского доллара!!!!! Менеджер отеля настолько не компетентный, что не знает отличия канадского доллара от доллара США???? Разве где-то в Марокко можно расплатиться канадским долларом???? Когда мы возмутились, он пересчитал на доллар США по своему курсу, который в разы отличается от курса банка! Мы приехали поздно и у нас не было выбора. Позор для отеля иметь такого сотрудника!
У нас был номер на троих. Но кружек, стаканов и пакетиков чая, а также принадлежностей для душа было только на двоих.
В душевой не закрывается дверь, когда моешься вода выливается и в сан.узле постоянно мокрый пол. Полотенце на полу постоянно мокрое.
После замены полотенец на следующий день вместо 3-х оставили только одно! На ресепшен пришлось звонить два раза, что бы принесли.
Пляжные полотенца выдаются только под залог 100 mad. Первый раз с таким сталкиваюсь.
Парковка у отеля есть,но мест нет никогда. Зная это, сотрудники отеля даже не сказали , где ближайшая парковка. Мы нашли сами- почти напротив отеля есть бесплатная подземная парковка!
Wi-Fi на 4 этаже в нашем номере почти не ловит.

Excellent hotel bien localisé, mais...
Pros:

-Personnel au top très aimable et aux petits soins depuis la reception, menage, conciergerie, agents de sécurité, une prise en charge au rdv des attentes
-bonne animation et une bonne partie de la piscine est adaptée aux enfants, bonne surveillance du maitre nageur
-chambre familiale parfaite avec vue splendide, bien amenagée avec optimisation des espaces
-propreté top menage quotidien au besoin, changement de draps et de serviettes rigoureux rien à dire!
-localisation au centre :on marche à pieds sans avoir recours à la voiture tout est proche, accessibilité top, proximité au centre ville et à la corniche, le meilleur emplacement qui peut y avoir sur Agadir
De beaux souvenirs avec les enfants qui ont adoré cet hôtel

Cons:

- bruit motards et chauffards samedi soir!! Ce fût infernal vraiment ! Toute la semaine était paisible et calme jusqu'au samedi soir une parade de motos et de vehicules qui klaxonaient de minuit à 5 heures du matin! On ne peut pas fermer l'oeil tellement le bruit était assourdissant!! Il fallait investir davantage sur l'isolation acoustique des chambres car la proximité de l'hotel aux discotheques rend la voirie extremement bruyante la nuit notamment le week end. Ce bruit a fait l objet de reclamation durant le check out dimanche. ISOLATION ACOUSTIQUE devra vraiment etre de mise!
- restauration tres moyenne en terme de diversité et de gout, et de qualité, il faut vraiment revoir les menus et investir davantage dans la qualité car c juste mangeable sans plus...
- matelas moyennement confortables pour ceux qui ont mal au dos ou ont des difficultés cervicales , à renouveller en misant sur des marques de qualité!
- la porte des toilettes ne se fermait que difficilement, et l'eau au 4eme etage n etait pas chaude, restait legerement tiede...
- horaires du kidsclub et activités pour enfants limitées, en plus de la necessité absolue de presence des parents dans le petit parc de jeux quelque soit leur age!

Trs bon séjour
Pros:

L'hôtel est très propre, chambres spacieuses et très jolies. L'hotel est très bien situé, le personnel est tellement gentil et à l'écoute. Nous étions en pension complète et la nourriture est très bonne, varié, change chaque jour. L'équipe d'animation est dynamique et donne le meilleur d'elle-même.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol est de n'avoir pas d'eau au repas même si c'était clairement indiqué que ce n'était pas compris

la seule remarque que je veux le signaler et j'espere qu'elle soit prise en consideration.
Au soir au bord de la pescine des mesures de securites doivent prises afin d'eviter le danger que presente la pescine pour ces petits.et si possible des barrieres qui se plantent la nuit lors des soirees

Pros:

We stayed 10 nights as a family and had a lovely experience overall. We booked the family suite and it was a great size for us – 3 beds in one room plus a sofa, and a second room with a bed large enough for 3 people. The swimming pool area was lovely and the breakfast buffet had a good variety. A special mention to Mariam at reception who was always welcoming, helpful and made us feel looked after throughout our stay. Great location and good atmosphere.

Gentillesse des personnels et bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

Attention la WIFI n'est pas présente dans toutes les chambres !!..entraînant 60€ de taxes et blocage du portable.
Proximité d'un hôtel avec discothèque , donc nuisances très désagréables pour les gens qui veulent se reposer.

La plage privée bien qu’elle se trouve à 1 km

Un bazar monstre au restaurant pour trouver une table,assiettes et couverts. Les plats vides ne sont pas réachalandés au fur et à mesure . Eau en option à table malgré la demie pension.dans les chambres qui sont bruyantes , pas de pression d eau et eau n est pas très chaude . Le jour de mon arrivée on m’a attribué une chambre qui était déjà occupée sans que la réception le sache.

Old and dirty hotel.
Pros:

We liked the pool area and evening entertainment by the pool.

Cons:

We booked a family suite for 2 nights. When we checked in at 4, we were given a very filthy and broken down apartment. We refused to accept that and asked for a refund. We had to leave for our already booked tour so came back at night to find out that we have been moved to a triple room. No refund was given. We had a terrible night in this small room. The bathroom was like a planes toilet.
Next day we were given a family suite.
No compensation or difference in price was given.
Very very disappointed.
