Excellent one hundred percent recommends this hotel. everything at a high level
We stayed for 4 weeks and overall enjoyed our stay. The hotel location was good and all the staff were very cheerful and helpful.
We were unhappy with our room and it was changed within a few days to a more suitable one at the side of the hotel away from the loud music and entertainment at night.
The one disappointment was the restaurant which was too small for the number of guests. It was often chaos at breakfast, running out of cups, spoons, plates and even bread.
In the evening there were long queues to get into the restaurant and once in to obtain food from the buffet. It gave the whole experience a ‘cafeteria vibe’ rather than a 4 star hotel. The food was plentiful but usually lukewarm. It certainly detracted from the whole dining experience.
Fortunately lots of restaurants nearby were excellent.
Everything was very good. Recommend
Stayed at this hotel for one week found it to be excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Staff really friendly and professional. Booked spa appointment with Madam Sihanouk who accommodated us perfectly . We visit the spa had a pedicure and nail polish by Maria and naimia they did an amazing job . Spa was lovely and clean with lovely relaxing music the pedicure was super relaxing , new feet
Had an amazing time at the Hotel Argana right from check-in until the time that I checked out. The reception staff were very polite and helpful every time I approach them. Also, the catering and bar staff were all amazing, and always full of life. The rooms were always cleaned and tidy. What a wonderful experience well above what I expected.
Special thanks to all the staff for devoting such a delightful effort.
It was sooooo good. Sooooo nice. People are very friendly.
Very nice and friendly service. A hotel that is highly recommended
Check in was easy and nicely received.
I got a free upgrade to a beautiful pool room with a sea view.
The reception ladies went above and beyond to help especially Karima ❤️
Mr Omar was extremely helpful and very smiley and kind.
Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice
❤️❤️
Friendly stuff, clean room and good facilities. Breakfast could be a bit richer.
We had a wonderful stay at Argana Hotel in Agadir. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and the interiors of the hotel are truly beautiful and well maintained. The location is excellent, close to the beach and main attractions. What made our stay even more special was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. We would happily come back again!
Very lovely stay. Hotel was clean and Staff helpfull!!!
Where to start… to put it short, bring your own cutlery and cups because you will be eating breakfast with your fingers. Dinner included means a stray cats walking through some unhygienic buffet stations where staff use bare hands to replenish (barely) food platters. Kids are aloud to run around and take 50 pancakes each in the morning time, staff disappear at 10am no matter how many people are waiting in line for an omelette(the only normal substantial thing to eat) amd just leave them standing there without the breakfast they paid for. Rooms are sick. Toilets dont flush, sicks dont drain, i didnt even take the chance to take a shower in the disgusting room toilet because god knows what disease you would catch. We booked and paid for a sea-view boardwalk superior room, we god nothing but dirt and construction as you can see in the photo. The pool looks rank and the food/drink is more expensive than in the uk/ireland (9€ for a crap pint) for chronic quality. This hotel was so bad that we decided to fly to spain the next night.
The hotel staff minus the 3 females I encountered at the end of my trip were amazing, really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the three female staff working at 7pm 22nd February tried to scam us, we asked the staff members too book us a taxi for 1915, they charged us 400 MAD (eventually we found out it cost around 70 MAD Moroccan dirhams), which was no problems. The problems started when after 45 mins of waiting for this cab it did not arrive. We asked for the money back and was told the numerous times the cab is here, the cab never turned up. They refused to give back the money and making a scene in the lobby of the hotel. This was outrageous behaviour from the staff members that evening, especially as it was during Ramadan. Really disappointing. Eventually we flagged down a cab and asked for the price, it was 70 MAD to the airport. The females still refused to give the money back claiming the taxi is coming, eventually the lady settled for giving us half the money back so we could make it to the airport. We was ROBBED by the three female staff members, please be careful when staying here.
Wonderful experience in a beautiful spa. Amina, Saka, Naima and Leila look after you. Hammam scrub and massage the best we have ever had. Thank you 🤩
If you value hygiene and even a basic standard of accommodation, I strongly suggest staying elsewhere.
The hotel is outdated, poorly maintained, and far from what you would expect from a 4-star property. Cleanliness was a major issue throughout our stay, and the overall condition of the rooms and facilities felt neglected.
Many of the positive reviews seem to focus on the spa rather than the actual hotel experience. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself does not reflect the rating at all. In my opinion, this is closer to a 1–2 star standard at best.
I had a wonderful experience at this massage spa. Maria and Naima were both exceptional professional, attentive, and clearly skilled at what they do. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and tailored the massage to my needs, helping relieve tension and leaving me completely relaxed.
The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend booking with Maria or Naima if you’re looking for a high-quality, relaxing massage.
Had a nice massage at their spa
It was calming and feel refreshed. Quiet room and the massage was with Maria and Naima. Thanks
Great location, lovely atmosphere. Rooms are spacious but a little bit more rundown than the pictures. Great value for money. Great upkeep and always clean. Service is fantastic with friendly staff. The hamam and spa facilities are incredible.
Hotel itself was ok, clean, friendly staff and comfortable room however the dining room is poorly laid out and not large enough for the number of guests. The tables are too close together and it was often difficult to find one vacant, the cutlery was basic . We didn’t pay top price for this holiday so expectation of food choice and quality was not high and this was the case, food was just ‘ok’. The worst aspect of the dining experience was the anxiety of perhaps not finding a table and on a few occasions being in the dining room was like witnessing refugees reacting to the arrival of food aid lorrys. The food service counters are laid out in a haphazard manner meaning there are always numerous people walking in all directions not helped by certain nationalities not understanding the concept of queueing.Breakfast time was not too frenetic but evening diner was stressful and not at all enjoyable.
Hallo.
