staff are absolutely lovely, such a positive vibe. love coming here it’s our second time and i highly recommend. there’s a lot of activities on during the day also to keep you entertained.
Amazing had so much fun and staff was lovely would love to come back!! :)
Had a wonderful time here food was good, had a Hamaam & Massage very relaxing, staff were very helpful
I stayed here for a week and had a lovely time. All the staff were really nice and helpful. I had a room overlooking the pool which was great but there was a lot of noise at night from the entertainment which went on until around midnight so wouldnt recommend one of these rooms if you are travelling with young children. My room was spacious and was cleaned daily and towels changed. The pool area is spotless, staff cleaning around the area constantly. Lots of sunbeds - always plenty available . Animation team great, not too pushy and lots of activities going on throughout the day. There is a pool side bar that serves drinks and food with a very varied menu and extremely good value for money. The drinks however are very expensive. There is also another bar inside the building which opens at 5. The downside of the hotel in my opinion is the restaurant area its absolute chaos. Every time I went in for breakfast or evening meal it was very busy regardless of the time I went in. It was difficult to find a table. Tables were set with a knife and fork and a serviette. Some tables had salt and pepper on but others didnt. Spoons were in short supply even though they were needed at every meal so you had to ask for one. I dont understand why a tray of spoons couldnt be left near cereal and soup. One evening I arrived and was told it was full so I left and went back some time later and was told it was full again so I had to join a queue. I think the problem here was that it was raining so the outside seating area couldnt be used. There were lots of nationalities and cultures amongst people staying in the hotel so I guess it was difficult to supply food to suit every taste. At breakfast there were cereals, yoghurt, meats and cheeses and salad, boiled eggs, onion, tomatoes beans etc. Outside fresh pancakes, paratha and omelettes were made to order on the grill - always a queue for these which spread into the eating area. Evening meal generally consisted of a theme each evening but was usually, fish, chicken or lamb with rice, pasta, veg potatoes available. Salad always available and a good choice. To be honest I have eaten better food in other places but I food ok and I am not a fussy eater. If you are wanting a full English breakfast, chips, chicken nuggets then this is not the hotel for you. The beach is amazing. It was a bit further out from the hotel than I thought. The hotel have their own designated spot. The promenade is full of hotels, eating places, there is a small souk just off it and the Marina is at the end which is a lovely place. It all felt very safe - police patrol the area.
Have had a really lovely time. The staff are excellent and can not do enough for you. The food is plentyful with lots of choice and very enjoyable. Try the omlettes and flatbreads for breakfast. If you have time go and get a pamper from the spa, amazing and very reasonsbly priced.. the girls are fantastic. My room was spotless the cleaners are exceptional please dont forget to tip them as they make the stay pleasurable for us.
Hamaam and spa is amazing. WOW. Amazing staff and friendly environment. Would definitely recommend. Especially Maria.
The spa was amazing. Would definitely recommend the hammam and the massage. Staff were very friendly and will be definitely coming back. Hotel argana the place to stay and ask for MARIA.
The spa is one of the best experiences I have had. The staff where very friendly especially MARIA! she was a sweetheart! The massage and both hamaam were amazing, very professional.
Beautiful experience with the massage and hammam. Would recommend this to everyone. Staff were welcoming and lovely
Spa is amazing. Maria very nice person. They look after you well.
Good, relaxing massage. Good hotel with a lovely swimming pool area. very clean.
Avoid this hotel if you are travelling with children.
We stayed here with our 2 young kids (3 and 5) and this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The so-called “family room” was completely inadequate — unsafe and uncomfortable sleeping arrangements, especially for a toddler.
The biggest problem: extreme nightly noise. Loud entertainment and surrounding hotels made it impossible to sleep before 2 AM. Even after switching rooms, nothing changed. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be family-friendly.
On top of that, the air conditioning didn’t work for multiple nights. The “solution” was a dirty, noisy fan or opening the window — which only made the noise problem worse.
Yes, there is a kids disco, but that does NOT make this a family hotel. In reality, it is the opposite. The pool was also far too cold for young children, so not even usable.
We raised multiple complaints during our stay, but no real solution was provided.
Overall: poor rooms, no sleep, no proper service.
Definitely not family-friendly and not worth the money.
Loved the hotel Rooms very clean and well looked after Housekeeping do a great job Food was lovely and restaurant staff very helpful and attentive.A special mention to Mohamed who looked after us so well Nothing was too much trouble
The private beach was nice and not too far to walk to
Restaurant could get busy at certain times but Mohamed always found us a table When busy maybe more staff are needed as food and cutlery, glasses etc were not always replaced quickly
Drinks in the bar are very expensive so went to other bars
Will return as a great hotel just drinks are very expensive
Superb customer service, always there for you. The hotel is a little dated but customer service tops that so weren’t bothered. Great room service and fantastic customer service from all reception staff in particular Mariam! Thanking you so much- our children are not wanting to go back to the Uk. Will definitely be rebooking.
Would highly recommend this hotel.
Just returned from our second visit and it was even better so much so we have booked again for next year.
