Wish we could have stayed longer

Emplacement Top avec confort

Très bon emplacement, très calme en plein centre c’était parfait pour les visites !!!!
belle chambre très confortable à l’ancienne très bon personnel.
Bon petit déjeuner
mais une nuit ne permet pas de profiter pleinement de l’hôtel

À ce niveau là, pas grand-chose à dire….
c est un hotel de centre-ville il ne peut pas offrir plus
Peut-être des oeufs au plat au petit déjeuner et pas de chance pour les travaux de la Rambla à ce moment là

Es war ganz schön, aber ich würde nicht wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Von dort sind einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Geschäfte und das Meer fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Größe der Zimmer ist ausreichend und trotz der Lage in der Innenstadt ist es Nachts ruhig. Die Zimmerausstattung ist nicht hochwertig, aber zum wohlfühlen. Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Personal war überwiegend freundlich, aber leider häufig sehr langsam und teils unaufmerksam (hauptsächlich beim Frühstück). Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist besonders. Mir hat es gut gefallen.

Cons:

- die Öffnungszeiten der Pools sind nicht gut (9 Uhr ist zu spät, Gäste möchte auch gerne vor dem Frühstück schwimmen gehen)
- beim Frühstücksbuffet wurde nur sehr langsam nachgefüllt (teilweise gab es 20 Min keinen Käse/ Schinken/ Joghurt etc.) und sowas nervt beim Frühstück, viele Lebensmittel wurden auch nur nach erneutem Nachfragen aufgefüllt
- Niemand kam an den Tisch um bspw. Eierspeisen/ Kaffee aufzunehmen
- allgemein hat das Frühstücksbuffet nicht überzeugt
- der Check-In hat ungewöhnlich lang für heutige digitale Zeiten gedauert
- im GYM gibt es kein kaltes Wasser
- der Bezahlvorgang und die Erstattung des Deposits liefen nicht zufriedenstellend ab

Surely one of Barcelona's best hotels for tourists
Pros:

Have stayed in/visited a few properties in the city having lived there for a time, but this is by far one of the best.
Hotel is a superb property located just off La Rambla in the heart of the city, so is a near-perfect location for tourists.
The overall amenities including pool and rooftop bar are also brilliant.
Room was huge, with lovely decor and a large, comfortable bed.
Staff were very quick and super helpful too throughout.

Mala experiencia
Pros:

Es limpio y está bien ubicado

Cons:

1. Solicité ajuste la reserva y la respuesta fue un no rotundo, cobro 100% penalidad
2. Solo había 1 ascensor habilitado para todo el hotel, mucha congestión en su uso
3. Pague el parking y tampoco tuvo ascensor habilitado tocaba bajar y subir dos pisos para llegar al automóvil y la maleta tocó bajarla por las escaleras, pero el cobro si fue del 100% para si usó así no hubiera confort.
4. Quitaron el agua caliente por un corte
En fin, se paga un mayor valor por un buen hotel con más confort y al final se pierde con estas situaciones y el hotel sigue cobrando full!

Underbar stad som har allt. Mysiga gränder &restauranger. Sen kan man gå till stranden och bada i havet .

Le petit déjeuner a gâché notre expérience dans cet établissement, certes la literie, la terrasse , l’emplacement était

Le petit déjeuner était catastrophique , des produits de mauvaises qualité , le café et les œufs durs infectent , de la poudre d’œufs pour les soit disant œufs brouillés, des fruits «  congelés «  découpés ….vraiment je n’avais jamais vu ça pour un hôtel à plus de 400€ la nuit . De plus le personnel du petit déjeuner était très désagréable notamment « une dame » qui ne levait pas la tête pour vous saluer et on a eu l’impression avec ma femme que cette dame avait un problème contre nous tellement sont regard était méchant….mauvais …pour cette raison nous avons préféré ne pas prendre notre petit déjeuner le dernier jour …nous n’avions jamais vécu cela …
