Stunning hotel
Pros:

Amazing experience. I returned for a second time after 4 years and think it has improved even more than before. It’s a stunning hotel, extremely classy.

I spent a lot of time at the hotel and the facilities are fantastic - gorgeous spa, really cool rooftop bar and pool with stunning views. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive - shout out to Marco who made my stay even better with his excellent service. All of the food was delicious - both breakfast and the bar menu. Cocktails were great. Loved it!

Cons:

My only issue was the gym - a lot of the equipment is old and not in good condition, particularly the running machine, which seemed faulty.

High class short stay at a high class hotel!
Pros:

This was a late same day booking for my partners mother who wanted to be close to the Aeroport T1 bus from Cataluyna. I chose this hotel because it has excellent reviews and my partners mother reports the reputation was accurate. The hotel spa was lovely and private, the room was very comfortable, good size and as pictured on the site. The service was very good and the location is of course great for getting around. Highly Recommend and thanks to the staff who treated her well!

Cons:

nothing - everything was in order and great - well she said asomething about the coffee but dont mind her shes a bit of a fussy type.

Pleasant within the hotel. Unpleasant outside due to construction.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Delicious breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The street was in reconstruction. Awful place to stay during the renovation and noise. Seems like that info should be provided before booking hotel.

L'emplacement était idéal
L'ambiance très cosy
La literie très confortable
Le personnel très sympathique
Très bon buffet au petit déjeuner
Le service : l'hôtel propose de garder les bagages avant l'heure de prendre la chambre , de même pour le départ.
Le roof top est superbe et a une très belle vue.

Cons:

Les heures de baignade pour la piscine jusqu'à 21h c'est dommage

Pros:

The hotel is comfortable and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
We booked bed and breakfast and there was plenty of choice for all tastes for breakfast. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large with tea and coffee provided plus free water.

Cons:

We like to keep the bathroom light on at night to enable us to use the facilities and it took me a while to figure the lighting system out but managed eventually.
It would be nice to have a separate shower and not one over the bath as I have mobility issues and can't climb in to the bath. It's not really an issue as we only spend 1 night there before and after cruising from Barcelona.
Everyone was pleasant and speak English.
We always use this hotel , it's not the cheapest but for us it's the best.

Otelin genel ambiansı, odaların konforu ve yatakların rahatlığı çok iyiydi. Ayrıca roof ve havuz cevresi keyifliydi...
Looby'de devamlı soğuk su bulunması ve odalardaki çikolata ikramı çok hoşumuza gitti.
Kahvaltı beklentimizi karşıladı...

Unforgettable stay!
Pros:

Perfect location and atmosphere. Exceptional breakfast ! Staff very friendly and welcoming. It happened my birthday was within our stay so they surprised me with a cake and prosecco ❤️
