Very clean, my husband stays here often for business
The staff was super nice. They went above and beyond for us. Place was clean. This was our 3rd time staying there and we had no complaints. The young guy at the desk was super helpful , he even offered to help me unload my things.
The room was beautiful. The shuttle service was great.
I wish there were more eating establishments nearby. Not the hotels fault, but I wish there was more closer.
Everything was good.
Seemed like the room next to ours was on long-term rentals for some kind of business that satisfies some people.
Convenient
Nothing
Walking distance to Galleria.
No cups in the room
Clean!
Location could be better
Practical and economical.
The room smelt weird like it was previously a smoking room or had mouldy carpets.
Property was clean and quiet
Nothing
Location close to the airport price was good
Breakfast was lame not a great selection, staff blonde haired cleaning lady very rude
Clean
The last man on staff said I had to check out as Days Inn bans emotional pet by doctor's order. Very rude and the lady who checked me in said that my pet letter should've avoided this situation.
The staff was excellent, including us Jessica she made you feel welcome. If all customer service was like her. It’d be amazing.
There was nothing that I didn’t like. Everything was amazing from the room to the cleanliness to the way the beds were made. Everything was perfect.
We picked this hotel because it had a free shuttle to/from Hobby and we were overnighting before/after cruise. I became concerned reading other's reviews so I wanted to leave a neutral review. 1) The shuttle works great. If you have a reservation, you don't have to call ahead. Just call them when you arrive at Hobby and they come get you pretty quickly. For return, make the shuttle reservation when you check in. 2) The rooms are suites. They have fridge/microwave/safe. The beds and pillows are pretty comfortable and all is clean. 3) We stayed on first floor because we would never have got our heavy luggage up the stairs. We had requested a first floor before we arrived. I was kind of nervous with an exterior-exposed room facing the parking lot, but it was really pretty quiet. I can see how there could be noise and trouble outside. 4) The walk to the Denney's down the road is a little sketchy. I would make sure it's broad daylight and not dusky, etc. That Denney's has the best food and service you will find. 5) The breakfast is ok. It's not that great but it is ok. The pop in the soda machine is $2/can. $2.10 when you charge on your credit card. I 6) The TV doesn't seem to have local channels for news/weather. But it does have access to Netflix, Prime, etc. and we logged in and had a great time. The TV is aligned with the bed, not the sofa. Honestly, if you were there on business you could stay for a week without an issue. In general, use your head, don't do stupid stuff to attract attention to yourself and go in your room and stay there.
Clean, comfortable, affordable. Spacious room. Microwave and Fridge.
The outside noise could be easily heard in the room (cars and other people dragging their roller bags.
