It was a pleasant stay
Pros:

Breakfast was basic
The water dispensing machine was out of order throughout the five days we were there

Cons:

Transport connectivity is not well coordinated. Need to have information about how to access public transport to down town and elsewhere

I would stay here again.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and airport pickup was great.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't great but there's a Denny's nearby. Area for dining is too small for more than a few guests.

Property let us check in early and stay late due to weather. Shuttle was sketchy, agin due to weather

NO breakfast as advertised on Booking.com. Only coffee airport shuttle canceled due to freezing weather however it was NOT below 34 degrees all night

Great airport option
Pros:

Quick airport pick up, friendly staff, super clean, great shower, huge TV with Netflix Prime etc, fridge microwave iron.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK, but you aren’t going here to eat. If you are there is a Dennys within walking distance.

Pros:

The driver who picked me up from the airport.

Cons:

That a ROACH crawled on my face, I knocked it off and killed it, walked into the bathroom to wash my face and saw another roach crawling on the ground.

NEVER AGAIN!
Pros:

Breakfast was small but decent (eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, toast, cereal and yogurt) coffee machine had good options.

Cons:

Before check in I made a call to the front desk and the lady 1. Wasn't so friendly. 2. Basically hung up on me. The room was in a corner with no air flow. It smelled like there was pee all over the front door. So bad, we would hold our breath and run in the door. Sleeping area smelled like pee and I asked to be moved the next day, but they just put a machine to temporarily remove the smell (the smell was back the same night).

Great Breakfast
Pros:

The first shift lady Jessica who picked us up from the airport was super friendly and so refreshing after coming from long flight. She made us feel special and welcomed. Her bedside manner’s outstanding! In the morning the breakfast was outstanding. They had waffle maker, eggs, sausages, bagels, oj, apple juice etc The best, is a machine that makes all types of hot drinks. Hot chocolate, coffee, Americano, hot milk and much more…Really enjoyed it.

Cons:

Only issue we had was the bathroom door was not cleaned.’looked like someone threw something brown all over the door. See pics..Plus it was very sticky. We used a hand towel to open it. We only stayed one night so didn’t make a big deal and we were exhausted.
In the morning when addressing the issue with front desk(by then Jessica was gone) The morning shift staff not as friendly. The front desk lady said just as long the room was ok the bathroom door being dirty is not really an issue. Another lady acted like she didn’t understand what I was trying to say-find out she was the owner. It was sad because we really like this hotel for their customer service. We always stay there for our visits to Houston. We will give them another try since this may have been a one time experience. Hopefully they fix the issue by then.
