Pros:

Nada. Cama ruim, quarto com cheiro ruim, desconfio que as roupas de cama estavam sujas ou o colchão pois coçava. Banheiro com limpeza duvidosa e sem reposição do dispenser de sabonete líquido. Do lado de fora, pasme, várias pessoas fumando maconha, o que deixava todo o ambiente fedido. Para o valor do hotel, não compensa nadinha, sugiro ficaram em Woodland, mais Norte de Houston.

Too costly and false advertising
Pros:

They required an additional $100 deposit stating it would be refunded the next day. Only to find out that the refund could take up to 10 business days to be returned. The deal I thought I was getting was not a deal and I should have stayed at the better hotel for 15 dollars more .

Cons:

The misrepresentation of refunding the $100 deposit the following day. When they knew good and well it waited take 10 business days to refund.

Pros:

Very clean & well maintained. I hate going into places that smell, this had no odor.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better, the "oranje juice" was like tang, it was not OJ. The other juices machine didn't work. A few more food options would have been great.

It was a decent stay

A staff member was rude and act like she didn’t want to help me when I asked her a question she act like my questions were bothering her and I did not appreciate that and I was just trying to get some clarification on something about extra charges on my card that should not have been
