A staff member was rude and act like she didn’t want to help me when I asked her a question she act like my questions were bothering her and I did not appreciate that and I was just trying to get some clarification on something about extra charges on my card that should not have been

Me robaron las placas de mi auto, nadie me ayudo y me dijeron que no podían ver las cámaras sin el dueño ahí presente, fue muy desagradable la situación, y sobre todo que nadie se presto a ayudarme…😕
Estuvimos teniendo complicaciones con el estacionamiento, ya que llegábamos de noche y ya no había espacio…

Convenient to the airport
The neighborhood. Across from a cabaret club
The room appeared cleaned, but I take my cleaning products wherever I go. I washed walls, window seals, drawers refrigerator, tables, closet, toilet, tub, and the microwave. The microwave had rust and burnt food odor. I called for the receptionist to come to my room to show her the dirt I discovered by cleaning and the condition of the microwave. I asked if the maid could clean it better than I did, if she could not, to replace it or remove it. It was not appropriate to use for warming food due to the rust and odor. The manager would not agree so I asked for a refund. I checked in around noon or 1p.m. and checked out around 5 or 7 p.m. I was exhausted from cleaning and then traveling a distance to the Crowne Plaza Hotel near the Galleria where the room was clean. I also cleaned their room and did not find one speck of dirt. "The size of the room."
Sorry, that I put the correct response to what I did not like about the room in the wrong answer box. The fact that businesses do not care about customer service and do not value the reputation of their hotels. That would rather gain $129.00 for allowing me to clean their space, not get any comfort or rest, and refusing to replace a microwave that costs less than $40 and lose $245. Make sense out of that.
