Es war ok , aber für den relativ hohen Preis sollte schon alles funktionieren.
Pros:

Sehr moderne und große Zimmer , sehr sauber . Das Obergeschoss zum Frühstücken war sehr groß mit schöner Aussicht , sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Es funktionierte über den gesamten Aufenthalt das Internet nicht , ( trotz Nachfragen war das technische Problem nicht lösbar ) es funktionierte nur ein Fahrstuhl der sehr ungewöhnlich funktionierte.

Довольны соотношением цены и качества
Pros:

Нам нужен был отель за разумные деньги, с парковкой в районе Навигли (Navigli district) и обязательно с лифтом, чтобы не тащить тяжелые чемоданы по лестницам.
Все понравилось - в минутах 10 от отеля станция метро, в 15 минутах маркет вдоль канала Навигли.
Номера простые, но чистые, постельное белье и полотенца хорошего качества. Есть холодильник, питьевая вода.
Завтрак - шведский стол, свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок, кофе, колбасы, сыры, выпечка, фрукты, яйца. Остались довольны соотношением цены и качества.
Приветливый персонал, всегда рад помочь.

Pros:

Чиста постільна білизна та рушники. Сніданок дуже простий, проте смачний. Привітний персонал.

Cons:

Поламані віконні жалюзі в номері і не вмикався кондиціонер, спати було неможливо, бо дуже спекотно. Також ми брали два номер, я просила поселити нас поряд бо ми одна сімʼя з малими дітьми, на електронну пошту прийшло підтвердження від готелю, але коли ми приїхали нас поселили в різних кінцях одного поверху, що було дуже не зручно для нас.

Disappointing stay overall
Pros:

the room was clean, that was the only good part.

Cons:

We stayed in early April, and despite the warm weather, the heating was still on, making the room uncomfortably hot. The air conditioning didn’t work, and since the hotel is on a busy road, opening the window meant a lot of noise, we couldn’t sleep well during our stay. When we reported it, we were told it’s centrally controlled and nothing could be done. Very disappointing.

Basic amenities like water, slippers, and even bathroom essentials were not provided in the room, they’re sold from a vending machine at the entrance. There was also no kettle or tea/coffee in the room. For the price, this is not worth it.

Komfortables Bett, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sauber. Freundliches Personal. Relativ ruhig. Parkplatz. Mit Bus und U-Bahn kommt man von dort aus gut rum.

Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, άνετο κρεβάτι με βολικό στρώμα και μαξιλάρια και βασικές παροχές. Η διακόσμηση εξαιρετικά λιτή. Η περιοχή είναι οικιστική και ασφαλής. Το μετρό βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 10-15΄ από το ξενοδοχείο. Στην περιοχή γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο δεν υπάρχουν καταστήματα για φαγητό ή ποτό αλλά σε απόσταση 20-25΄με τα πόδια βρίσκεται η περιοχή Navigli με πληθώρα εστιατορίων και μπαρ. Το πρωινό σερβίρεται στον 5ο όροφο σε μια αίθουσα απρόσωπη αλλά είναι εξαιρετικό από άποψη ποιότητας των ειδών. Διαθέτει μεγάλη ποικιλία γλυκών ειδών σε εξαιρετική ποιότητα και ικανοποιητική ποικιλία αλμυρών ενώ κάποιες ημέρες σερβίρεται και φυσικός χυμός πορτοκαλιού.

Cons:

Στην τουαλέτα υπάρχει μόνο υγρό σαπούνι, αφρόλουτρο, χαρτί υγείας και χαρτομάντηλα. Βρήκαμε δύο ποτήρια χάρτινα μιας χρήσης τα οποία όμως δεν τα αντικατέστησαν την επόμενη ημέρα αλλά ούτε και τη μεθεπόμενη αν και τα είχα τσαλακώσει και τοποθετήσει μέσα στο νιπτήρα! Αναγκάστηκα να ζητήσω από την υποδοχή. Οι παροχές του είναι κατώτερες για ξενοδοχείο 4*. Μείναμε 4 βράδια και δεν έγινε καμία αλλαγή στα σεντόνια ή τις πετσέτες.
