Good and varied breakfast

Categories

Cleanliness
7.7
Mostly reported as clean with daily housekeeping by several guests, but there are complaints about rooms not being cleaned every day and at least one report of a dirty room.
Service
9.6
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and kind; multiple guests praised the team. A few service-related issues (handling of a refund and response to power outages) were reported but are outweighed by positive mentions.
Location
9.9
Consistently praised as excellent — central, near attractions and the tram station, with rooftop/Blue Mosque views highlighted as a major plus.
Room Quality
6.6
Rooms are often described as very small or cramped, with complaints about tiny layouts, low bed length for tall guests, fake windows and some broken furniture — overall a clear weak point.
Amenities
8
Basic amenities present (air conditioning, fridge, daily cleaning, rooftop terrace). Some missing or limited items noted (no slippers, lack of small bin, limited accessibility by car).
Value for Money
7.6
Mixed impressions: many feel the location and view justify the price, but serious complaints (photos not matching reality, refund dispute) reduce perceived value for some guests.
Food and Beverage
9.1
Breakfast frequently described as good and varied, with special praise for the rooftop breakfast with Blue Mosque views; minor complaints about items running out and limited fresh fruit.
Overall Experience
8.7
Overall positive guest experience driven by location, views and helpful staff, tempered by small rooms and occasional operational problems (power outages, cleanliness inconsistencies and isolated serious complaints).

Pros:

Az elhelyezkedése nagyszerű látnivalók és közlekedés szempontjából is. A kilátás a reggelinél valóban pompás. A személyzet kedves, takarítás rendben volt. Összességében elégedett vagyok.

Cons:

A szoba picit szűkös volt, illetve a reggeli nem volt túl jó.

Surtout la situation et la gentillesse du personnel.
