A Hotel experience fit for a King
Pros:

Whenever I travel to Busan, I always chose the Westin Josue Busan. I may pay more but in the end I feel it is worth it. First off, I always get greeted when I arrive as if I am an old friend returning from a long journey. During check in the front desk staff makes me feel important, as if I am their most important customer of that day, lastly the rest of the staff makes every attempt to make my stay there as comfortable as possible. Take for example Mr. JinBac (Harley) Pyo, a duty manager there. He greeted me and my guest with the upmost respect, My guest was wearing some Harley Davison appeal, Harley made a connection and an instant friendship was formed. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathhouse is beyond mentioning, Not sure what my favorite part of my stay experience was but the Lounge, Breakfast or Spa experience all rank very high, If you have a few days in Busan, I highly recommend staying at The Westin Josue in Haeundae Beach.

The best experience in 20 years of traveling for business
Pros:

Quite possibly the most professional staff ever encountered. Friendly clean. The atmosphere was great. The restaurants were also good. But I appreciate it. The most was the warm hospitality offered.

First visit to busan
Pros:

It was my first visit to busan and westin was fantastic. Especially Evan always greeted us and gave us nice recommendations for local cusine.
Would love to visit again.

Hotel where people think of first in Busan
Pros:

Great view, kind staffs, nothing to complain about the service. Kid-friendly pool with perfect temerature even during the winter season.

Cons:

There was not much to complain about, but although the hotel had been renovated, it was hard to tell where or how the improvements were made (I've stayed at the exact same view in the past). The room was not very hygienic. And the price at Booking.com was way more expensive, although this is my fault.

모든 직원분들이 친절하고 좋았습니다. 그리고 식사도 좋았습니다.

Cons:

객실 보도에서 담배냄새가 너무 심하게났습니다. 그래서 객실 복도를 걸을 때면 항상 나는 담배냄새때문에 힘들었습니다.

Very comfortable and satisfield New Year's Eve stay at this beachside oasis!
Pros:

The beach view from the 8th floor was simply incredible. Even though it was winter, people were enjoying the clean beach. The bed was very comfortable. We could open a small portion of the window to hear the waves crashing, which was lovely to hear in December. There is a GS25 next to the property. The Josun Deli had great coffee and yummy bakery treats. The concierge was very helpful to us. Located within walking distance to Bay 101.

Cons:

The in-room coffee only had decaf, which wasn't helpful. The staff at O'Kiim's was very attentive and accommodating, and the food was good, but I felt the food was uninspired and could have been more flavorful overall considering hte venue and the cost.
