They were courteous, and quickly responded to a major problem in the first room that we reserved
The first room had eight loose floor tiles and when you walked over them, they would rattle. Then they moved us to another room, which was smaller, and the bathroom did not have the equipment necessary.

Staff were great and bed are comfortable, rooms are clean with big towels.
Rooms are small and the place is way overpriced. Way too noisy, 1) from both construction outside so it's hard for taxis to drop off or pick up, and 2) noisy guests in the hall woke us up several times as the tile hallways echo loudly.
