Buen lugar, pero pésima limpieza y sin resolución del problema

La limpieza, salieron cucarachas, y cuando lo dije no me solucionaron nada, solo fueron, recogieron con un papel las cucarachas y ya, al día siguiente fui a recepción y solo me dieron una explicación lamentable sobre las obras, yo he estado en otros sitios con obras e incluso al lado de ríos y más propensos a esos bichos, y simplemente con buena limpieza y constancia ya está, pero me dieron excusas y no me solucionaron nada, ni siquiera pidieron disculpas sinceras. Por cierto, estaba en el ultimo piso, así que menos factible que aparecieran.
