Good value for money
Pros:

Nice view, good value for money, not the most luxurious experience you will have but you get what you pay for. If you are not too bothered about where to stay this is good enough.

É preciso rever o hotel como um todo para ser um 3 estrelas.
Pros:

A localização é boa. Não há nada mais que eu possa dizer.

Cons:

O ambiente não é bom, com um aspeto pouco cuidado e pouco limpo.
O pequeno-almoço era sofrível. O quarto tinha o nível mínimo de comodidade - sem wi-fi, sem ventilador (era o mínimo que se podia esperar).

A property with lots of character and amazing views
Pros:

Marcia at reception was very friendly and helpful as were all staff, the views were lovely and the pool area. The property has character and the breakfast was enough to fill you up

Cons:

Would’ve been nice to have a kettle/fridge in the room and separate shampoo. Just a bit of a paint job in my room would be good but overall I enjoyed the property

Greater focus on cleanliness and comfort.
Pros:

I liked the pleasant staff.

Cons:

The lighting in the room and bathroom was very poor. the bathroom ceiling was terrible. Rust stains in the bathtub looked unpleasant. Internet access should be available in the rooms. The breakfast time was very inconvenient.

La etajul 3 am fost cazat unde nu-i internet wifi deloc, fata de la recepție m-a pus să-i mai achit odată cazarea mea pe 4 nopți la check out, mi-a fost rău de la mâncarea de la micul dejun, nu-i frigider în cameră

Prima hotel in de buurt van het centrum
Pros:

Het hotel heeft een fimlische uitstraling! Het heeft een zwembad waar ik uiteindelijk geen gebruik van gemaakt heb want ben aan het strand gaan liggen. Personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

De gangen kunnen wat gehorig zijn. Ik vond het ontbijt echt slecht/matig. Erg weinig keuze, aan beleg had je alleen keuze in ham of kaas en uiteraard zoetigheid maar dat was het helaas.

Altes und runtergekommenes Hotel.
Pros:

Eigentlich passt hier überhaupt nichts. Das Hotel sieht von außen sehr schön aus. Ein historisches Gebäude von 1910 mit einer und sauberen und gepflegten Fassade. Das war es dann leider auch schon.

Ich kann die vielen guten Bewertungen, die hier abgegeben wurden, absolut nicht nachvollziehen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war heruntergekommen. Uralte und kaputte Möbel. Die Verdunklungsvorhänge bestanden nur noch aus Fetzen. Beim zuziehen der Vorhänge ist sogar ein Stück abgerissen, weil die Stoffe so dünn geworden sind.
Das Bad hat gestunken und die Handtücher waren ganz fleckig und gelb. Wenn man sich damit abgetrocknet hat, kam ein ekelhafter Geruch aus ihnen.

Überall lag Staub und Schmutz in den Ecken und auf Möbeln.

Das Frühstück bestand aus einem matschigen Käse. Der Kaffee war schrecklich. Am zweiten Tag mussten wir uns ein anderes Frühstücksrestaurant suchen, weil wir dieses Frühstück nicht noch ein zweites Mal einnehmen wollten und konnten.

Die öffentlichen Bereiche, wie beispielsweise die Glastüren, waren schon seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr geputzt worden. Alles wirkte schmutzig und verschifft.

Ich würde nie wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Es ist wirklich schade, weil das Gebäude wie gesagt sehr schön ist die Räumlichkeiten schön sind und man eine Menge daraus machen könnte. Man müsste das Hotel mal grundlegend renovieren, allerdings würde es einfach auch schon mal reichen, wenn man mal wieder gründlich putzen würde damit wäre schon viel getan.

Pros:

Super Service alle sehr freundlich. Bad zwar einfach aber sehr sauber. Sehr schöner Pool auf dem Dach mit toller Aussicht.
Zimmer mit Meerblick lohnt sich, es wird aber vormittags sehr warm in Zimmer.

Cons:

Betten waren laut wenn man sich nachts umgedreht hat. Man muss von Funchal aus schon 25 min runter zum Hafen laufen. Aber sonst super Lage.

Schönes Gebäude aber leider alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage und das Alte Gebäude. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett.

Cons:

Vieles ist schon alt und kommt an das Ende seiner Lebensdauer. Damit sind insbesondere die Möbel, Bad, Fenster und Türen gemeint. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach.

The staffs are very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

No AC in our room . And a small fan was loaned which only runs about 3-4 hrs .and need to be returned every morning to get recharge.
Very uncomfortable on a hot night.
If you open the window with no screen the mosquitos will come in...the more you can't sleep...

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, piscina piacevole.
Pros:

Reception h24, personale genitle e disponibile, piscina panoramica.

Cons:

Le camere sono rimaste agli anni 80, non c'era un asciugacapelli nel bagno, la colazione buona ma non entusiasmante.
