Great location, friendly staff!
Pros:

Less than 10 min walk from the Munchen HBF. There is no big bright sign but it is on the building at eye level. Got about 8 pm and doors were still open, they close at 10. No reception desk but 2 friendly staff at a table with tablets. Filled out some info and got a code for the elevator and room, on our way. On the 5th fl, booked a high room with city view suite and was on the curve facing Karlplatz, 5th floor, fantastic. Huge room, king bed, work table, anteroom, large bathroom, fridge, TV with German channels except for BBC and NHK Japan, no problem. Included wifi so can watch online stuff. Fridge in room, fantastic.

Great location, near train station, great food take away options across the street, Asia Viet was very good, McDonalds at Karlsplatz. We never went next door for the buffet, found other options. Also after Karlsplatz is the shopping street leading to Marienplatz and more.

They are planning to start renovations at the end of 2025 so will be closed for that. Great hotel, we want to stay there again when we get back to Munich.

Pros:

Не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле, лучше всего угловые номера, они просторнее и вид лучше, несмотря на то, что отель находится на довольно шумной улице звукоизоляция решает вопросы. Удобная кровать, просторная ванная, чисто

Pros:

Morgenmad var udmærket, men skulle indtages på en café. Hotellets beliggenhed var perfekt.

Pros:

The rooms had air conditioning and nice size. We chose the larger rooms when reserving.

Cons:

Kind of strange that there was not really a check in. Just 2 sitting at a table. The view was partially obstructed by a big wall. If someone was on a lower floor, even more so.

Pros:

Stanze enormi. Molto pulite e curate. La colazione è disponibile al bar di fianco ma abbondante e di buona qualità. I ragazzi all'accoglienza molto disponibili e cordiali. Posizione super centrale.

Cons:

Unica nota leggermente negativa è che si sente un po' troppo il rumore proveniente dalla strada ma nel complesso è tollerabile.

Loved this hotel! Great area for Oktoberfest.
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location for attending Oktoberfest, which was the purpose of our stay. The hotel was very expensive during this time but worth it due to our spacious room and short walk to Theresienwiese.

Good choice for Munich
Pros:

Great small hotel right at the start of old town and very convenient to public transport. Our room was very spacious and clean. Best part was the staff. They were wonderful at indulging my request for two blankets, and also extra pillows. The tub/shower was the only odd thing with a 22 inch step into the bathtub. It was great having so many windows to open to cool the room. And yes, there is a good deal of noise from traffic, however it is the city and once the windows were closed, not an issue.
