Kenya was the best bartender I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her friendly personality, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire experience exceptional. She went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and ensured every drink was prepared perfectly.

If you're staying at the Embassy Suites or just stopping by, make sure you visit the bar and ask for Kenya. Her amazing service, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality are reasons enough to come back. Hotel was good. Sleeper sofa felt like springs to sleep on. So my daughter got no sleep. The door was very loud and heavy. Evening complimentary was awful. No snacks worth anything.

Such a great space — love the vibe, the layout, and the overall feel of the venue. The customer service is outstanding. My only wish is for slightly friendlier parking, but valet is available. From check‑in to the room, the furnishings, and the bar, every touchpoint reflects a team committed to an exceptional guest experience. They delivered exactly that.

There is expensive parking ($25/ day) that is necessary at this location. When we arrived at 4pm, our 3pm check in room was being cleaned. They informed us it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. This was disappointing after a long day of driving. The hotel gave us another room and the room was nice. The breakfast was ok.

The breakfast is great and the staff was very kind! We enjoyed the wide open spaces of the hotel. The outside looks older, but the inside has been updated well.
