Embassy Suites Hotel Winston-Salem

My experience overall was fantastic. What enhanced it most was Roslyn and Demon in your restaurant . They were very helpful ut most of all caring and friendly . They made my husband and I feel valued and appreciated. They are a real asset to your hotel . You're a great hotel but threy added icing to. cake. But I have to mention your front desk crew. They were extremely patient, friendly and professional.

I absolutely love the staff that was present on June 25, 2026. From the front desk to the breakfast staff, they were so kind, accommodating, willing to hold a conversation and welcoming. I recently stayed at one in Greensboro, NC and the staff, except one person, wasn't pleasing. Derron Roslyn,Keke, Ms. San and Maurikus were A+ and made my family feel great. Kudos to them.

It is a nice hotel, nice environment, breakfast was great.

Kenya was incredible! Great service and very kind, while being extremely professional. What I liked most about her was that she treats everybody the same, and does her best to accommodate them.

I booked this 1 night stay At Embassy Suites last minute as I was attending a conference, but only able to go for a couple of days. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and even helped me get into my room a little early. The attendants at the evening reception and breakfast went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met, and breakfast included the most delicious made to order omelette. The room was clean and spacious. There was some street noise, including early morning sirens, but totally not the fault of the hotel as it is located in the middle of a downtown area and is to be expected. It was very convenient to the conference center as well as local shops and restaurants. Once I parked, I didn’t need my car again until it was time to leave. Parking is in a connected public parking deck. I was a little skeptical, but it was easy to access and safe.

Jenna was such a joy as our bartender. We traveled for our soccer tournament and she was so bubbly and lively. She was easy to chat with and made delicious drinks!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Contactless check in option went very smoothly. Great location. Free breakfast was a definite plus. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

Suite was phenomenal, overlooking the city. It had two separate, spacious rooms, with snacks and all the amenities you’d expect from a nice hotel. Most outlets in that particular suite were out but it didn’t cause any problems for me. It should be noted that I never notified staff of this (I carry an external multi-plug in) as I’m sure they would have remedied the situation. Parking would be the main downside, as it’s situated downtown. Although the location makes it worth it. There’s several restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staff were exceptional!That was my best take-away, and honestly, one of the more important things for me on a long business trip. I enjoy feeling welcomed. Overall great experience.

Absolutely a breath of fresh air, stupendous service by our bartender, Keir. The hotel hospitality staff is just amazing.

Very nice hotel with nice breakfast and “reception”. Room was spacious. Couch (sleeper sofa) needs new cushions. The middle one was particularly bad. Parking a little pricey but it is a downtown hotel.

Breakfast is always a delight! The kids and I love the friendly staff. We appreciate the attention to the small details.
