Good value for the money. Location was well removed from US Hwy 85 and Hwy 34 intersection.
Pros:

This room was small yet well designed. Room was clean to my standards. My standards are high.

Cons:

There was a wet scrub sponge left on the bathroom vanity when I entered the bathroom. House keeping got in a hurry and forgot the sponge was there. I thought that was gross.

Cons:

It was dirty everywhere. They need to do some deep cleaning. Gym and common areas mostly. Parking was terrible. Keys to the doors stopped working on multiple people at the same time.

So so experience.
Pros:

The room was nice,but. There were no towel racks to hang your towels on and only 3 small hooks to hang clothing (there were a couple drawers). This worked, just ok,for us as we only stayed two nights. But would not be good for long stays or more than two people.
We have stayed at this property a few when we visited family here. But something seems to have changed. I wish I could remember the young lady who checked us in, she was very polite and helpful.
Also we ran out of kleenex, went to the front desk to get another box. The clerk said they dont have access to the housekeeping area to get us one.

The breakfast was not good. Only warm food was gravy and some very hard, cold and small biscuits, and waffles. couple started fighting inside the hallway on the second floor right next to my room around 2:30 am and it went on until around 4:30am. Other than that the stay was good.
