Please note that the hotel is located in a National Park. Private cars are not allowed in the park area. There is a free shuttle service between the hotel and the park entrance available 24 hours a day, every 20 minutes from 7am to midnight. A private transfer can also be arranged. The entrance fee to the National Park is already included in the daily rate. For more information, please contact the property.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Descaso com o hóspede

O diferencial do hotel é o fato de estar localizado dentro do parque nacional, próximo às cataratas, o que permite visita-las antes do parque abrir ou depois de encerrar, sem a multidão de gente nas passarelas, portanto.

Cons:

Já se passaram mais de 10 dias desde que deixei o hotel e esqueci meus AirPods no quarto. Entrei em contato por e-mail e fui informado de que o objeto havia sido localizado. No entanto, desde então, tenho tentado reiteradamente obter retorno (e-mail, WhatsApp) sem qualquer resposta. Trata-se de um total descaso com o hóspede, absolutamente incompatível com o padrão de atendimento que se espera de um hotel desse porte.
