Please note that the hotel is located in a National Park. Private cars are not allowed in the park area. There is a free shuttle service between the hotel and the park entrance available 24 hours a day, every 20 minutes from 7am to midnight. A private transfer can also be arranged. The entrance fee to the National Park is already included in the daily rate. For more information, please contact the property.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

The breakfasts were excellent, possibly the best hotel b'fasts we've ever had. However, other dining (for lunch, dinner) were extremely limited and leaving the property is a PITA, esp. now w/work being done on incoming/outgoing roads. That was our biggest disappointment. They need much better lunch and dinner options. Otherwise, very good stay overall.
Dining for lunch, dinner was extremely limited on the premises and unfortunately, leaving the property when we were there in the end of May of 2026 was a pain, esp. because work was being done on roads in/out. Even if roads were good, tho, they should really improve dining experience for lunch and dinner. OTOH, the breakfasts were excellent.
Service was not as good as we expected. Very disappointed that there was no availability in the Y restaurant
The staff
Our room was noisy and had no view (only the back end of the hotel laundry).

Location is such a benefit - see the falls without the tourists is a special privilege.
Staff were wonderful , attentive and thoughtful, hotel & grounds are beautiful. The sunset drinks are perfect !

Perfect stay, and despite being a little bit expensive for brazilian currency/standards its totally worth it (every cent, penny, centavo, yen or whichever currency of yours)
The hotel (which was part of a farming state/property) is located inside the national park where no private car can enter. It is among this so well preserved nature, and wildlife and right in front of some of the waterfalls (which makes the arrival magic) and the beginning of trail that goes along the rainforest and takes u closer to the brazilian part of the waterfalls. U can get one of the rooms with a view of the waterfalls or a view of the pretty gardens inside the property.
The facilities and the room are well decorated and very clean. U get many complimentary gifts (even havaianas, a national brand of famous flip flops) from the moment u step into the hotel
U can stay by the pool with drinks and (tasty) food available from the nearby restaurant, with towels and even sunscreen available for free and also they keep serving delicious complimentary drinks. But if the weathers not that amenable, you can also stay inside in one of the common rooms or go to the gym!
Each and every staff is agreeable to talk to and gentle. From Marcel, a francophone who checks u in at the gates of the park to Carolina and Giulia in the front desk, Anderson who is responsible for most of the guided walks to the waterfalls in the morning and Ricardo, a guest relations manager. Everyone is willing to help and to make your stay even more amazing (even the van drivers that take u from/to the gate to/ from the hotel)
The hotel has bikes available for cycling inside the park and offers a sunset toast by the falls.
You can dine in one of the 2 restaurants or grab a drink at the hotel bar.

this hotel should win a prize for THE BEST HOTEL IN THE WORLD!! Literally everything was beyond expectations! The staff, the service, the hotel, the room the view, literally the best hotel ever! I travel a lot during the year, almost 15 hotels every year and all of them 5 starts, this hotel is THE GOAT!
I was very upset that we left it and went to the Argentinian side, this hotel is waaay better- so a tip for you: stay in this hotel as much time as you can, even if you want to visit the Argentinian side :) because you will be disappointed compared to this hotel 🥹
