There is a free shuttle service between the hotel and the park entrance available 24 hours a day, every 20 minutes from 7am to midnight. A private transfer can also be arranged. Restaurante Y de chef de cozinha , custo caro para o que oferece : pratos com impacto visual mas pouco saborosos , combinação de ingredientes que brigam entre si ,exceto as sobremesas que era ótimas . O normal do hotel Ipê é melhor .

Cons:

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com o atendimento recebido no restaurante no almoço por volta das 14:00. Além de minha solicitação não ter sido atendida, a postura da recepcionista foi inadequada e transmitiu um tratamento discriminatório, causando constrangimento e desconforto. Espero que a situação seja apurada e que sejam adotadas medidas para evitar que outros clientes passem pela mesma experiência.

Great location, unfortunate service experience
Pros:

Location was fantastic! Most of the employees were wonderful. I appreciated almost everything from our stay. At breakfast, however, one of the employees skipped us in line to help seat the couple behind us instead. For the price, this type of service really is inexcusable. I don’t receive this treatment at a hotdog stand, let alone a hotel of this calibre.
Staff did try to rectify the situation, but it did leave a lingering bad taste in our mouths.

Magical and worth every penny

This is an extraordinary hotel. Its also an extraordinary price, but well worth it.

It therefore needed to be good, but it exceeded my expectations. The little touches like the complimentary sparkling wine at sunset out of the iconic pink camper van was a lovely gesture.

The rooms are beautifully furnished, the beds are comfortable. the bathrooms are gorgeous.

The staff are friendly, informal and approachable. Loved the bar. Breakfast was sumptuous in terms of range and quality. The main dining room was a little echoey and loud for dinner, so make sure you go out for a table by the pool. Although they do a buffet for dinner, there is also a la carte. That was the only part of the stay that I can't rave about, We didn't try the tasting menu place for dinner.

The swimming pool area and gym are both great. Never felt too busy, so was lovely to come back to.

Perhaps the most important thing to note is the exclusive access you get to the falls before and after the park opens and closes. It means you get the place to yourselves for at least an hour or two at the beginning and end of each day. We set off just after sunrise for a guided tour of the falls (again, a complimentary part of the hotel's offer) and it was magical. When you see the scale of the crowds that build during the day, you can see why the hotel is worth the money just for this aspect alone, but I was delighted to see the whole experience matched / exceeded expectations too.
