Please note that the hotel is located in a National Park. Private cars are not allowed in the park area. There is a free shuttle service between the hotel and the park entrance available 24 hours a day, every 20 minutes from 7am to midnight. A private transfer can also be arranged. Superb view and amazing breakfast
Pros:

Amazing breakfast, comfy bed and pillows and superb location. Extremely friendly staff. The restaurants are a bit pricey but it is taste with authentic Brazilian touches. The concierge helps with everything you need to make sure you’re enjoying your time there.

Pros:

Estou encantada com tudo neste hotel, da estrutura às pessoas que nos atenderam, passando pelo espetáculo que é ficar hospedada, literalmente, em frente às Cataratas. Até o check-in é diferenciado (obrigada, Enzo!) e o check-out muito tranquilo (obrigada, Giulia!). Se você tem alguma dúvida se vale a pena, não precisa ter dúvidas.

A manutenção do hotel é impecável, o quarto é lindo com ótima arrumação (uma pena que eu não soube quem foi a pessoa responsável por cuidar da nossa arrumação), as áreas comuns têm uma decoração e paisagismos belíssimos, o bar (obrigada, Sérgio!) e os restaurantes são ótimos e o café da manhã é maravilhoso. Fizemos o menu de etapas do Y com harmonização de vinhos brasileiros e estava divino (obrigada à pessoa que nos atendeu: homem branco, estatura média, cabeça raspada e óculos de grau – acho que o vinho atrapalhou um pouco minha memória para nomes nesta noite, hehehe). Destaco também as diversas opções de lazer/passeios oferecidas pelo hotel (recomendo que leiam com atenção o catálogo de atividades) e como eles cuidam para que tudo seja excelente, com ótimo serviço de concierge (obrigada, Anderson!).

Foram dias inesquecíveis!

Cons:

Nada! Achei que teria algum incômodo em não poder acessar o hotel diretamente via Uber e depender do serviço de vans entre a entrada do parque a recepção do hotel. Mas ao chegar recebi um tabela com os horários e as vans saem pontualmente, logo me programei e não tive nenhum contratempo.

Everything was amazing!! Everything we asked was included in the price what was a very pleasant surprice as it is usually not the case. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the park to see sunset and sunrise of the falls!!

Hotel lindo. Porém o serviço do café-da-manhã foi decepcionante.

A localização é excepcional, a vista é maravilhosa. Quartos muito confortáveis. Porém, fiquei extremamente decepcionada com o atendimento do café-da-manhã.

Cons:

O atendimento do café da manhã foi PÉSSIMO, não condizente com um hotel desse padrão. Pedi ovos para os meus filhos. Demorou 45min e ainda vieram errados, mesmo após eu cobrar pelos ovos 2 vezes. Além disso, eu havia pedido por uma água com gás. Após 15 ou 20 minutos de demora, eu fui cobrar para o gerente do salão. A resposta dele foi bem rude: "Senhora, não tem 15 minutos que você pediu, e sim apenas 5 minutos". Eu simplesmente não acreditei que ouvi aquilo. Uma pessoa completamente despreparada para o cargo, que não aceita crítica. Um hotel desse padrão, com uma diária desse valor, não admite esse tipo de tratamento. Fiquei extremamente decepcionada.

Un coup de cœur pour cet hôtel et pour l’accès privilégié aux chutes d’iguazu.

Location as enjoyed a few times before.

Cons:

I booked twin bedrooms, emailed twice to confirm but got double beds all the same. I asked staff to separate the beds but they just added another small bed to the double bed which was extremely disappointing for a a hotel of this calibre.
