The room was comfortable and the free breakfast was good.
Hilton computer system was down and made reservations a PITA
At our fast and easy check-in, we picked up some yummy cookies. We had a large room with a nice sofa, a microwave, and a mini-fridge with freezer. The bed was comfortable. The sink area was not well lit. There was not much counter space and nowhere to hang a hand towel. The toilet/shower room was small, with a low toilet and a good shower head. Breakfast was better than average, with hot and cold items. We felt the price was too high.
Nothing! Never again!
1. At check-in, I was greeted in a cold and unfriendly manner by a visibly annoyed staff member named "Amanda."
2. For a Hampton Inn in the $200 price range, the room was quite outdated. The beds squeaked, and the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. In the bathtub, the diverter mechanism for switching from the faucet to the showerhead wasn't working properly (at most, only 50% of the water was coming through the shower); furthermore, the water drained poorly.
3. The next morning, breakfast was a total disappointment, on par with a cheap motel.
4. The hotel was located in an industrial complex, far removedaway from any civilization.
Honestly, I will avoid this hotel chain in the future, because for nearly 200 USD p. night I have higher expectations.

Wonderfully large room. Very convenient setup for charging EVs and hybrid plug-ins. Felt like a high-end guest at a medium-end price. Stands several fold above its closest competitors.😄👏
Very clean nice staff
Expensive
The bathroom was nice and spacious and had a hand held shower. The bed was a good height that I didnt have to climb into. (Too many hotel beds are way too high.) The swimming pool temperature was cold, but not freezing.
We would have liked the pool to be a little warmer for the kids. We got a sense that we weren't in the safest area.
The thermostat had no instructions and it wouldn't stay on the temperature we wanted so we were warmer at night than we liked.

I would have liked a removable shower head
My daughter and I returned back to the town I grew up in and opted to stay the night. We loved the room, the staff was so nice, and my daughter enjoyed swimming at the pool. I would highly recommend.
The price was a bit on the high side.
The breakfast was great. They even had syrup with no high fructose corn syrup!
