J'ai bien aimé l'accueil la bienveillance du personnel la taille de la chambre la cuisine au delà de mes attentes.
Le petit déjeuner reste très bon mais il n'y a pas assez de choix, les boissons ne sont pas inclus
Написано парковка бесплатная но нифига не бесплатная ночью закрыли вход парковок отеля пришлось оставить у входа отеля рядом с другими машинами когда хотели выезжать спросили деньги

The size
It was terrible miss representing! The room looked like the picture but nothing else. The room smelled terribly of smoke and the bathroom like sewage! The bed had sheets on a box spring only no mattress. Safe was not connected to anything and they wanted $400 in cash. They made my husband leave his passport with them in the office. I don't know who wrote the reviews but I felt unsafe there! Area not great also.
Всё хорошо, но украли из рюкзака 500 евро: точно не знаю на рецепции (оставлял на 30 минут) или в номере при уборке. Персонал сказал что камер в номерах нет и жалобы бесполезны 👎
It was a lovely stay. Everything worked perfectly. Bed was very comfortable. Many pillows.

Dirty building, and room was smelling cigarettes, it was strong smell.
We arrived and the reception desk did not have our reservation. The receptionist did not speak English and we had to communicate via our phone translators. I had pre printed the reservation and was able to prove that I had one. The receptionist was on the phone with their manager in order to get instructions on how to check us in. The entire process took over one hour. We were then taken to our room where the A/C did not work so we had to get a new room. This process took another half an hour. When we arrived in the new room we had no hot water and had to get that rectified the following morning. The hotel is a “no smoking”property however the smell of smoke was pervasive throughout the halls. In all the room was spacious with a wonderful view of the city and a nice balcony. The room was clean. The bed was a bit hard for my taste. The pool looked nice and clean. In short the experience was marred by the poor customer service.
Did not receive our breakfast vouchers and place was not as per pictures
