Exceptional Stay & Outstanding Hospitality!
Pros:

From start to finish, our stay at the Holiday Inn in Surrey was top-notch. When we arrived, the receptionist welcomed us so warmly that we felt like VIPs right away!
The room was super clean, very quiet, and huge enough that we never felt cramped. We also thoroughly enjoyed both the pool and the sauna. Breakfast every morning was amazing-nutritious, well-balanced, piping hot coffee, and constantly replenished.
What stood out most was the management's care. I thought I had lost a shirt while switching rooms, and the General Manager personally called me to update me on their search.
Even though later found it tucked away in my suitcase and called to apologize for the false alarm, she was so sweet and courteous about it.
You can really tell the staff cares about their guests. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to the Vancouver area- definitely wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Pros:

The receptionist made us feel like we are the guest of honor for the day. Very high hospitality. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

The thermostat Is very difficult to work with!
AC wasn’t working the first night. Changed my room the next day, but lost my T-shirt in transition. They couldn’t find it!

The location are good but a little bit pricey for the experience we had.
Pros:

The breakfast wa excellent and the crew.

Cons:

The aircon was keep turning off by itself and itwas so warm to the point that we didn’t sleep for the first night. The tea bags looks old and did not replace them.

Pros:

L'accueil des soirs étaient parfait. La chambre, les lits propres et confortables.

Cons:

L'accueil du départ le matin très moyen et nous avons eu un petit problème avec un sac qui a craqué et personne n'est venu nous aider pour nous demander si nous avions besoin d'aide. Ce qui est dommage.

Les serviettes de toilette pas très propres mais peut-être un problème de laverie car le reste étaient très propre.

Clean, comfortable stay in a convenient location; friendly staff; decent breakfast. Holiday Inn!
Pros:

Good, hot breakfast (complimentary) with meats, egg, and pancakes, along with fruit, bread, and cereal options. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected for this well-established brand. Walking distance to basic shopping (grocery & drugstore) and restaurants. The location was ideal for our purpose - off the highway and near our Surrey destination. Plenty of parking. Front desk staff were friendly, smart, and helpful. We didn't use the fitness center or pool so can't comment.

Cons:

No complaints. We got just what we expected with Holiday Inn and would stay again.
