The hotel should not allow a band to perform for 2 hours in the evening and 5 hours in the morning
Cons:

Hotel management allowed a rock band to rehearse and perform near our room. The band played drums, bass, and electric guitar with belxhing singers in the evening for hours and then all morning and early afternoon. We asked for a new room 4 times and each time were assured the band would be asked to be quiet, but that never happened. What band would turn themselves down? We wanted a relaxing, peaceful stay and the hotel management went way over the line by allowing a band to rent out space near rooms. The hotel should either refuse the band or leave the rooms around it empty, but it seems it wanted to have the payment from both groups, however the cost is that we understand our stay and satisfaction is not as important as the short term revenue stream. Unfortunately will will not go back, and will recommend others avoid the property, so it may not pay off for the hotel.

It takes a lot for my family to complain like this, but our experience was egregious, and we tried to help the hotel move us many times. Ultimately we weathered the poor experience and maintained a positive attitude, but feel like there should be a cost to its behavior, which will be poor reviews and we won’t stay there anymore. We also won’t take our youth hockey teams there anymore.
