L'accueil des soirs étaient parfait. La chambre, les lits propres et confortables.

Cons:

L'accueil du départ le matin très moyen et nous avons eu un petit problème avec un sac qui a craqué et personne n'est venu nous aider pour nous demander si nous avions besoin d'aide. Ce qui est dommage.

Les serviettes de toilette pas très propres mais peut-être un problème de laverie car le reste étaient très propre.

Clean, comfortable stay in a convenient location; friendly staff; decent breakfast. Holiday Inn!
Pros:

Good, hot breakfast (complimentary) with meats, egg, and pancakes, along with fruit, bread, and cereal options. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected for this well-established brand. Walking distance to basic shopping (grocery & drugstore) and restaurants. The location was ideal for our purpose - off the highway and near our Surrey destination. Plenty of parking. Front desk staff were friendly, smart, and helpful. We didn't use the fitness center or pool so can't comment.

Cons:

No complaints. We got just what we expected with Holiday Inn and would stay again.

I’d definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was in a convenient location. It was pretty quiet and client. The best feature was the warm and welcoming staff.

Pros:

Comfortable, well looked after hotel by it's staff and good breakfast. The location is good too for food choices.

Cons:

A little expensive but this may be Vancouver prices.
