Pros:

1 책크인시 따뜻한 물이 나오지 않은데 말도 하지않았고
아침에도 나오지 않아 물었는데 플러머에 문제가있었고
거짓말만 반복했다
씻지못하고 나왔고 잠자는 동안 가려워 말하기도 했고
베개 가 반토막 짜리는 처음 보았다 크래딧을 원한다

Cons:

이 호텔은 모든 기본이 안되고
문제가 많았다
블랙퍼스트 또한 기본이 안되어 있었다

Staff was nice enough, but they could not help us with the hot water issue and the refund issue.
Pros:

We were very unhappy with our stay. The hot water heater broke to the entire hotel. There was not hot water. While the staff was nice about it, they could not refund or discount our stay because the manager wasn't there.

Cons:

We arrived late. My husband wanted to shower, but there was not hot water. In the morning, we asked for a room with working hot water when we found out the entire hotel did not have hot water. We asked when it would be fixed and were informed that it might get fixed the day AFTER we left. When asked for a refund, they said we would have to call back after our trip was over. So we had to pay for hotel in Ventura twice! We had to go to a different hotel.

I felt that everything was good and it allowed me to spend some time in Ventura

Pros:

spacious rooms, breakfast attendant was lovely

Cons:

Noise levels, breakfast was extremely limited, difficulty at check-in after using booking.com to reserve, headboard was being held against the wall with big strips of painters tape, large drapes only for show -would not close (would've been helpful to block noise), hotel surrounded on three sides by busy streets (freeway on one side) and fourth side was In N Out. We asked for a room away from the freeway so we were on the other side of the hotel... right next to busy Harbor Blvd and a ridiculously noisy automatic car wash.

Not great
Pros:

We stayed for four nights over the Christmas holiday. We had a small room with good lighting but not much storage space. The bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and a mini-fridge with freezer. The mini-fridge made annoying noises in the night. The walls were very thin; we heard the neighbor's TV late at night. The small bathroom was decently lit and had sufficient counter space. The shower head was good. Breakfast was ok but not great, with processed hot items and a waffle maker. We had the same breakfast every morning, which got tiresome. I don't think we will return.

Relaxing Stay in a small town
Pros:

Hotel Staff and and City of Ventura is a must see if you like the small town, BEACH,GREAT FOOD,Music, Strawberri Festival etc...

It was okay
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and polite they had breakfast in the morning which was nice but the place is on the noisy side at least for me on a door slamming and the traffic going all night long and there's a car wash across the street which is Extremely Loud and it goes on all night long so my next choice probably will be another area maybe Marriott I don't think I will go back to this place again just for the noisiness

Cons:

I answered I guess both questions up above I didn't like the location or car wash that was going on and off all night long across the street and the place was inside the rooms very noisy, lots of door slamming

From front desk, breakfast area, entire hotel employees were all friendly, happy, and helpful
Pros:

Eggs one morning were a little salty, but next day i had the folded over eggs with cheese it was not salty much better.
Regular coffee was very good. Would like sausage to have sausage taste. Bacon was thin but good as it tastes like bacon.
Sweet rolls were fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly, happy and helpful!

Cons:

Liked that there were movie channels available, but what I didn't like is there were no descriptions on any channels as to what was showing at all.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Excellent and attentive service. Friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room was very warm and stuffy when we checked in at 3:00 . I was able to get it cooled off but it took some help from the front desk
