Pros:

No breakfast till last day not much options no coffee till Sunday but was told it was 24 /7
Bath tub was dirty shower curtain leaked all the water made the floor soaked and became a fall hazard shower head had no pressure due to build up and old had weird stains on the wall by the bed the bedding had burn holes in them and one of our rooms microwave and TV remote did not work at all Noone at front desk to ask for help so we just accepted it due to having two rooms

Clean but simple

It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Our entry lock was very difficult to open and we had to get staff to let us in. There was one tissue.in the box with no refills in the room, and apparently no one checked to make sure the TV was connected properly. I had to ask someone to come to the room to get the TV to work but she was very pleasant,.as.was the guy that checked us in. The "breakfast" was pathetic - muffins, coffee and a few pieces of.fruit.

If you are going to the caves it is a great place close to everything and great price.
Pros:

It was really close to the caves. The staff was great and the breakfast was good. We were close to places to eat. The price was one the main reasons I picked this and it was great.

Cons:

Nothing it was what I needed for my trip.

The staff was welcoming and friendly and the hotel was well kept.

Cons:

The beds were a little hard for me, my husband didn't have a problem with them though, so I think it was just me. The breakfast offerings were okay but could have been a little better. the room was not very expensive compared to others in the area, so I understand why.

Great property, but bed bugs
Pros:

Excellent staff - I can't give enough kudos to the front desk. Despite the negatives (see below) she was very professional and apologetic. If we could have glossed over the negatives, this would have easily been a 9 or 10 star review. However...

Cons:

Bed bugs 😢 The room that she offered to move us to would have been uncomfortable for the 3 of us and so we opted to go elsewhere.
