The only place to stay in Istanbul!
Pros:

Fantastic location. Right in the heart of Sultanhamet, but on a quiet side street
Staff were very kind and helpful.
The rooftop terrace is amazing. Breakfast and happy hour are there with close up views of Hagia Sofia.
Very comfortable bed and nice linens. Lots of hot water.

Cons:

I was ok with breakfast because I don't eat much usually. Some visitors might not like the meats, cheeses and vegetables served.
But the little machine makes outstanding cappuccino and lattes!

Popolna lokacija, izrazito mirna okolica v najbolj obremenjenem delu mesta. Happy hours med 17.in 19.uro: kava, čaj, pecivo na terasi s Sveto Sofijo na dosegu roke. Sanjsko!

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around and explore the area. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. Everything was arranged exactly as agreed, with no issues at all. We especially appreciated the airport transfer service – both pickup and drop-off were well organized and on time.

Pros:

Un bon rapport qualité prix, la situation est juste exceptionnelle pour qui veut visiter Istanbul et n'est pas trop bruyante. La literie est très confortable. Le déjeuner est très correct et peut être pris en terrasse.Le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute. Merci

Les chambres sont petites, mais peu importe puisque, nous n'y sommes que pour dormir .

Second Time to Stay in this Nice Hotel
Pros:

The location can’t be beat, on a quiet street two blocks away from the Hagia Sofia and other major sites. The staff was all very nice. The room and beds were comfortable.

Best Hotel in Istanbul
Pros:

Had a amazing time staying at Zeynap Sultan hotel in Istanbul. Staff is extremely friendly, hotel is super clean, easy access and up to standards. I will definitely come back and stay here.
