Pros:

Probably the best combination of view and staff thatwe have ever stayed in. excellent. Breakfast was wonderful. the pool is beautiful. the views over the fisherman's village and Versuvius are spectacular. Easy walk into town. an incredible hotel recently renovated.

Fabulous hotel and highly recommend
Pros:

Excellent size room, and bathroom!
Comfortable bed, extremely clean.

fantastic if you are not in the top floor.
Pros:

The staff were amazing especially the restaurant staff who went over and above.

Cons:

floors are very slippy in the bathroom and bedroom.
Rooms below the carpark are very noisy so make sure you get the floor further down. Don’t put up with any excuses, they know those rooms are noisy. Make sure they move you.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location with stunning views, we could stay on our room terrace for hours at end just looking at the view. Our room was fantastic and had everything we needed and more - the mini bar is well stocked and the soft drinks are complimentary which is amazing. Staff were super nice and helpful and we couldn’t praise them enough. Breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed a wonderful in the restaurant and staff sang happy birthday to my husband and even gave him a cake which was very unexpected and super thoughtful. We would have liked to stay longer.

Cons:

This isn’t about the hotel itself but you do have to be mindful that it is upon the top of a cliff and getting around to other parts of the area can be challenging. We took taxis a lot for this reason.
