Cold room but great staff
Pros:

The staff were exceptional especially the bartender didn’t catch his name but made some great recommendations and was really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was really cold. Room 801, we mentioned to reception and he said he would get a heater but we had one already but we didn’t feel it was safe to leave it on overnight and the room got really really cold.

Pros:

Very clean, staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very nice too. The bed was also very comfortable and got a great night's sleep. The hotel is also perfectly located to be within walking distance of motorpoint arena and other attractions.

Cons:

There wasnt really any negatives during my stay.
