No full length mirror in bedroom and very poor lighting, especially the bedside light
The staff is so kind. The beds are very comfortable. The location is great, very easy to go to the train station.
It should offer more fresh fruits and some nuts. No salad fruit, no bananas. Those oranges as they were cut are not attractive to eat at all. It's not easy to handle them to eat. Then, only melon and defrosted red fruits.
Location was great near the train and tram station. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Food was good in the bar and grill.
In the bathroon the sink had a large crack
I believe that breakfast should be included for a single person, considering the price. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the train station, making it very easy to find. I found the hotel room to be comfortable, and the availability of an iron in the room was a great help in preparing for my business event.
In my room the air-conditioning control wasn't available to turn it on.

El desayuno muy variado y de calidad. El hotel se encuentra muy cerca de la estacion de tren y de paradas de tranvia, lo que facilita enormemente el transporte. Habitaciones limpias y cama comoda.
I always stay here when working convention at Motorpoint, just a shirt distance away and opposite the train station, facilities are always clean and tidy with spacious rooms. Staff are always pleasant and lovely
At the time of my stay there was work on the hotel, scaffolding and building work started at 7:45am in the morning I didn’t have to leave till 11 I was really hoping for a lay in but the singing builders and clanging of scaffold tubes did pay heed to that, understandable the work does need to be done but at that time with guests really put a dampener on the stay and I was just tried all day, for the price for the night either rooms need to be allocated away form the building work or building work needs to start later

Location and near by parking were great.
Inside hotel was very clean and well presented.
Nothing of a major upset at all but there’s a good bit of building works going on outside so there’s a bit of noise but with working AC you can close your window to shut it out completely.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Key cards can be temperamental, even if you are travelling alone you'll need two. Found a very long hair in the bath and the carpets are looking 'tired'. Apart from that all ok.
