Pleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel staff very welcoming, the room was clean, spacious, plenty of coffee,milk available. The room was at a nice tempature warm not too hot

Great Two Night Stay
Pros:

Hotel had a nice atmosphere and every member of staff was helpful and friendly.
Great breakfast.

Cons:

Difficulty accessing hotel parking despite staff trying their best to guide us in.
Would have liked a more varied and healthy dinner menu

Great overnight stay, breakfast was very tasty. I'd definitely go back again!
Pros:

I feel the hotel overall was really nice for what I wanted it for. We had a large group there and we were all able to stay in one place. Everywhere we wanted to go to, was close by. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfect for me. The shower had amazingly good pressure and the body soap provided smelled great. I drove up to Nottingham and used the train station car park which was only about a 10 minute walk away.

Cons:

The only thing I could even think of which I could change is having some disabled parking spots closer to the hotel.

Great hotel, not easy to drop off passengers & suitcases
Pros:

I loved the room & the beds and the quiet. Lots of options at the hotel, ie food & snacks & bar, but still quiet in the halls and in our room.

Cons:

The parking is not convenient. It makes unloading suitcases & people difficult, there is almost no curb and parking is paid at a nearby garage.

A decent, comfortable hotel, about 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre. Don’t expect any frills
Pros:

Close to the centre and very convenient for the show we attended at the arena. On- line check-in and check- out very easy and convenient. Good breakfast buffet .

Cons:

Rooms rather small, one of bedside lights didn’t work. The ‘eco hotel’ status meant room only serviced every other day( not told this til I enquired why it hadn’t been cleaned)

Good hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The location was perfect for our needs;
Room was clean, at a good temperature, and comfortable;
Good shower.

Cons:

Tea tray adequate but unimaginative;

Overall it was good and I wil recommend it a great deal. I will return again.
Pros:

The cleanliness, staff and the hotel is very good compared to the hotel I have stayed in the past. The closeness to shopping centre and transport is very good and also easy to get to whatever transport you use.

Cons:

The temperature of the room. The heating could not warm it to the required heating.

Overall a good hotel
Pros:

Nice spacious room, comfortable beds and pillows

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit old, had cracks on the sink, also would have loved to have a socket for hairdryer in there
The tv remote and the hairdryer had some sticky stuff on it
