Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren für uns bequem.

Cons:

Uns hat das was ein "Badezimmer" sein sollte überhaupt nicht gefallen!!! Die winzige Waschgelegenheit mit der gläsernen Dusche direkt zum Zimmer hin empfanden wir als eine Zumutung. Die Dusche lief nicht vernünftig ab. Schon beim einfachen Händewasche stand alles rund um das Waschbecken unter Wasser. Es fehlte Platz für die Toilettentasche. Aus diesem Grund können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Good food, friendly staff, facilities very nice,
bar, gym, sauna, terrace, excellent place, close to downtown, and easy to get to by tram and underground. Also, close to swimming pools and Englischer Garten.
