Cons:

I originally planed to stay at this property for two months, but could not even stayed for two weeks. My experience was very very disappointing.

I had booked Home Service Apartment from 25 June to 31 of July. But when I checked in on 25 June, the receptionists said they didn't have any rooms available and moved me to the H2 Hotel instead. I had booked a serviced apartment, but ended up staying in a subpar hotel. This was clearly a downgrade from what I had reserved. The receptionist simply told me, "There are no rooms available. You can only stay at H2 Hotel. Take it or leave it."

The room in H2 Hotel was very small, with no kitchen or refrigerator. There wasn't even a hot water kettle. If you wanted hot water, you had to go to the restaurant and use the coffee machine. But if you used the coffee machine a few times, the restaurant staff would suspect you of drinking too much coffee and ask you about it. They showed no trust or respect for their guests.

The customer service was the worst part of my stay. In particular, two front desk employees, Lucy and Kuci Fortesa, were extremely rude and dismissive. When I raised legitimate concerns, they showed no willingness to help, interrupted my explanations, and responded with aggressive and disrespectful language instead of trying to resolve the problems.
I will never stay again in this property, both Home service apartment and H2 Hotel. and I suggest all of you avoid staying in this property.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut und der Eingangsbereich ist einladend gestaltet. Der Check-In am Self-Service klappt gut.

Cons:

Das Personal ist leider maximal inkompetent, spricht teils nur gebrochen Deutsch. Keine Fragen konnten je beantwortet werden. Die Flure sind dunkel und einnern an Horrorfilme.
Auf dem Bett gibt es ein einziges kleines Kissen, das war es. Hierzu einen Zettel, der auf eine Auswahl vom "Kissenbuffet" hinweist. Ich habe diesen ausgefüllt und abgeben, ein Kissen kam nie.
Zwei kleinere Mängel (defekter Duschkopf und defekter Föhn - die nächste Prüfung sollte 2022 erfolgen, ich war 2026 dort) wurden freundlich nickend entgegen genommen und ebenfalls nicht behoben.
Im Zimmer ist vieles kaputt, abgenutzt und schlecht gelöst.

Ottima la colazione; ampia scelta di alimenti di tutti i tipi e grande cortesia degli addetti. La camera era confortevole e molto silenziosa, bagno ampio e comodo. Posizione dell'albergo strategica.

Pros:

Location and clean.

Cons:

AC didn’t work while outside was 37 degree’s. Also the water was only hot or cold, nothing in between.
