街の中心部のホテルで便利が良かった
朝食があまり品数がなかった
Quarto confortável e espaçoso, banheiros e ducha excelentesssss e com vedação de sons fenomenal, não ouvimos nenhum barulho da rua, mesmo sendo a localização em uma avenida com muito trânsito. Café da manhã top, com muitas variedades, para todos os gostos. Camareiros e funcionárias muito educados e prestativos, e aqui faço uma citação para o funcionário Mariano, meu esposo teve uma indisposição por alimentação, e ele foi super solicito e me ajudou grandemente em tudo que precisei! Gratidão a todos! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Achamos pouca a iluminação e a TV poderia ser SMART TV com internet e aplicativos de streaming pra que pudéssemos logar o que temos! E a internet também deixou a desejar, muito lenta e saia fora todas as vezes que clicávamos em algum aplicativo, isso pode ser bem melhor, até pela estrutura e as 5 estrelas do Hotel.

The location was great and very central to the city. The wine at breakfast was a nice touch and the particular room we have was very spacious and comfortable.
Other than Christian at the desk the staff were polite but not particularly warm or friendly. The ladies at the hotel bar charged me over £60/$80 for one glass of whiskey and I wasn’t aware it was a special one (even if it was written somewhere, which I didn’t see) they should have asked out of courtesy to see if I wanted it for the price especially as it was not a really high end or posh establishment. One of the reasons we picked the hotel was the rooftop bar and pool and was all shut up but stayed it was open until the end of April. The breakfast was a bit poor overall. Everything felt a bit dated in the hotel. Disappointed for a five star overall, but the nice room was a redeeming feature otherwise the review would have been lower.

Это позор !!!! В современном отеле практически нет интернета, одну картинку вы будете грузить 5 минут и это на всей территории отеля, в итоге мы 4 дня пользовались интернетом на роуменге, что учитывая, что мы из Европы было очень дорого!!! Как в 5 звездочном отеле может не быть интернета ??????
Ещё момент - номера были намного меньше заяленных в Букенге, отель просто врет про размеры номеров!!!
Завтрак слабый, отель уставший, вопрос к Букингу - как вы им можете подтверждать пять звезд ????
