Zenses Wellness and Yoga Resort - Adults Only

Bien dans l’ensemble excepté le check out où le réceptionniste a voulu me faire payer plus que prévu. Il faisait son calcul sur la calculatrice en appuyant sur « x » au lieu de « + » pour les options (vélo, petit déjeuner etc)
Donc bien vérifier le montant sur le TPE et refaire le calcul si besoin

Excelente servicio. En general el personal es muy amable. Y las instalaciones son muy confortables y lindas.

Es una buena opción si deseas hospedarte cerca del centro.
El desayuno muy bueno pero calcula tiempo extra porque es bastante demorado.
El diseño de las camas con escaleras al rededor no es cómodo y fácil para caerse si uno se levanta medio dormido.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. And also clean.
But the service was SO bad. You could buy breakfast next to the small pool, but you cannot buy anything else during the day. Not even water.
The area was not very nice.
We were very dissapointed.

I really liked the property. It needs a little refreshing. The staff is amazing. Enrique, Carlos Adrian were fantastic and made our stay truly extra special. We rented bicycles and went to the beach that way every day. 20 minute bike ride. Hotel breakfast reasonable. The chef accommodated special requests. Breakfast only. The rooms are very nice.

je suis venue à cet hôtel il y a 2 ans et c’était extraordinaire. j’ai été déçue cette fois ci non pas par l’équipe à la réception mais par un relâchement de la qualité de l’hôtel. on dirait qu’il n’est plus géré par la même gestion il y a deux ans. 1- pas de wifi dans les chambres, 2- yoga payant chaque fois, 3- refill de beauty product sans les étiquettes sur les bouteilles, 4- vélo à louer alors qu’il y a deux ans, emprunt avec dépôt récupérable.

Lovely outdoor area and well designed, but the room was very humid and we didn’t have very good sleeps the three days we stayed there.

Sehr grosse Zimmer, schön eingerichtet mit allem was es benötigt, allerdings sehr dunkel durch die überdachte Terrasse und die Palmen davor, schöner kleiner Pool in einem schönen Garten mit Palmen, ruhige Lage, Yogastunden jeden morgen, Qualität der Yogalehrer unterschiedlich von okay bis gut, schöner offener Yogaspace, Qualität des Frühstücks eher mittelmäßig (Kaffee nicht frisch, sondern nur schwarzer Kaffee aus Warmhaltekanne), eintönige Auswahl, aber es gibt einige nette Cafés mit gutem Kaffee in Laufweite, allerdings etwas teurer als das Hotelfrühstück, zu beachten es gibt keine weiteren Getränke oder Essen im Hotel ganztägig, aber in Laufweite zu netten Restaurants, Rezeption immer besetzt, freundlich aber können Fragen in Teilen nicht wirklich beantworten, behilflich bei Fahrradmiete, Zusammengefasst gute Erfahrung.

The property was amazing and the staff did such a great job answering questions and attending to needs. Great place to stay if you like to leave resorts and explore.

Beautiful stay! The hotel has 11 rooms and they were amazing. I love how they were decorated, water pressure in the shower was perfect and the pool area is so nice. We stayed 3 nights and it was very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Tulum.

I absolutely loved my stay!! The staff was so accommodating and they approached me by name everyday. Breakfast was great about $13 a day. The ambiance was unmatched! Everything was beautiful and peaceful. If I did want to ride bikes I’d would’ve been an extra charge. I walked around the area to find a restaurant I felt extremely safe. I also had the doctor come to the hotel for the COVID testing 24 hours before my flight. (35-45$) US dollars $800 pesos

Beautiful Hotel in Tulum which makes you feel like living inside a quiet Jungle. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything during our stay! Definitely would recommend staying when visiting Tulum.

Truth to be told, I tried very hard to cancel this booking after reading some bad reviews. And I am so happy I didn’t.
Zenses Wellness and Yoga Resort is an absolute gem and I had the most fantastic stay there.

One of my concerns was the noise as some people had mentioned some construction work taking place next door. Quite frankly, I barely heard a thing. Yes there was a bit of hammering at some point, but it didn’t last long and it didn’t distract me from my book.

My other concern was the location as I read some reviews about the hotel being in a dangerous area. I even stocked up on snacks at the airport in case I was too scared to go out!
I wouldn’t say it’s dodgy or dangerous, yes it’s under developed but there are cars driving through the road and people walking by (both local and tourists) and I never felt once uneasy or at risk. Would I walk out there alone in the dark? Probably not, but I would say the same about many places in London where I live!

Finally, I couldn’t be more grateful for the hospitality I received from the team. I was greeted by my name every time, and Juan Carlos came to introduce himself and gave me some great recommendations for local restaurants (Burrito Amor is amazing!). I didn’t witness any of the rude behaviour some people have talked about in their reviews.

So maybe I was lucky, or maybe this hotel is just a fantastic place after all!

I was in 4 hotels in tulum and Zensen it was the best one ! Amazing and magical experience ! for sure everyone must visit this hotel, garden, room, wellness are on the best level that I ever seen .
