Pros:

Personel ośrodka jest bardzo miły i pomocny. Pomimo pomyłki w rezerwacji Pani pomogła nam w ramach dostępnych pokoi ja zmienić, i wyjazd się udał. Hotel z wieloma atrakcjami zarówno na wyjazd rodzinny jak i ze znajomymi . Polecam serdecznie!

Low class with bad staff
Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel was the nice lake outside, its a low 3* hotel

Cons:

Nothing to like. The staff needs learn to say hello to their customers. Not a single staff member in the reception smiled or said hello when we passed them during our stay. We walked by reception- looked at the staff- said hello and they completely ignored. Upon check in- we felt like she wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible. She did not wish a pleasant stay- she did not explain anything. Just gave us the key.

Second- the room was fairly dusty. The window frames full of dust, the headboard over the the bed. The shower handle was broken and fell down- and it was full of black mold

The spa is a joke. It is one big pool with 10 chairs around it. That is no spa. Kids jumping and playing and nothing relaxing about it.

The breakfast was ok- extremely small and limited for a 4*.
The hotel restaurant was okay- but expensive and very very limited menu.

It is definitely not worth the money.
