Wir waren bis auf einen Punkt zufrieden!
Die laute Musik am Pool das Gedröhne und immer wieder ,haben uns einige Male beschwert ,aber gebracht hat es nichts .Wir waren nicht alleine ,das ältere Semester muss dieses nicht haben .waren 2 Wochen da und haben viel Geld dort gelassen ,die jungen Leute die paar Tage kommen ,denen gefällt es wohl ,und nicht .Das ist ein Grund nicht wieder zu kommen .Schade für dieses schöne Hotel .

Best place to stay in Marbella on the beach. This property has everything pool, beach access, restaurants, rooftop bar with a view, lounge with dj and very spacious rooms. Buffet Breakfast is included and it’s amazing. The staff was very accommodating. We received champagne upon arrival and two complimentary drinks afterwards during our stay which was a nice touch. I would love to return here and highly recommend this place to anyone.

True luxury vibes just at the beachfront. Really nice staff. Concierge asked to meet us. Amazing breakfast! What a feeling, indeed!
So let me start by saying i love this hotel.
I’ve been coming here for 18yrs
The main problem this hotel has is that the standards have dropped
Do back in the day or in cheaper hotels it’s like a rat run in mornings with people putting towels on loungers at stupid o clock so by the time the towel station opens a of the best areas are taken with the towels not returned the day before.
So normal respectful people are left either little choice while the others leave claims on as many loungers as not and go for breakfast or out
The hotel has this so wrong and I understand misery loves company but the amount of people is also increasing in this activity which will only worsen
Personally I’ll pay an extra few pounds and go find a hotel that respects all its guests and dies not condone this very selfish behaviour

This was my 3rd visit to the hotel. Once with a friend and 2x with my partner. It’s as good as ever.
We had room 620 which had a lovely side sea view and was very clean. Amazing bed and pillows. Couldn’t hear anything at night with the air con on. Hotel could maybe provide a couple more nespresso pods a day for the room - you get 2 normal and 2 decaf. Bathrobes and slippers and Molton brown toiletries in the room.
We had better weather than last year so spent all our time at the pool. The hotel still has the 30 min towel rule, you can only leave your sunbed for 30 min (unless you are having lunch in their own restaurant, when you get longer). This is good because it stops the sun bed hoggers and I will continue to return because of this.
Breakfast is very good, loads of choice!

Great location- 1st line, very close to promenade and Old Town. Reach variety of tasty and nice food for breakfast. Great SPA Center with great facilities- pull, jacuzzi, saunas and friendly staff.
Friendly and useful reception staff. A lot of nice restaurants, pubs and taverns around. Nice outdoor pool, small sandy beach at the coast.
SPA facilities have several issues - pool right water bed with bubbles massage is out of order, right shower cabin- shower head’s holder found damaged. To visit the SPA Center more than 1 hour - additional charge will be applied… The booked room: anti- slippery mat was not provided for shower cabin. The main restaurant for dinner is à la carte restaurant only-no buffet as alternative option.

Very nice hotel on the beach close to town. The lateral seaview is still perfect
Expensive for what it is. Nive fancy cocktaol bar on the roof, but nothing special about the cocktails. They are much better down the road at Marie, and cheaper.
Sauber und Gute lage
Tout est parfait dans cet hôtel, le service et l’hospitalité de très bon niveau, le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et nous y mangions très bien sûr la plage.
Mais ce n’est pas finalement ce que nous recherchions, nous y sommes aller pour le club avec dj set, jamais eu de soirée et pourtant le
Lieu s’y prête, nous devions donc sortir sur puerto banus ou le Nikki beach en journée.
