Fantastic. Friendly and high quality
Pros:

Everything.
Loved the theme, we felt really at home.
Fab en suite, lovely shower.
Heated towel rail was a big plus, as we got drenched on the way to the hotel.

Lovely stay breakfast awful.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the room was big and spacious and had what we needed.

Cons:

The breakfast was awful!! The beans were cold, and everything else was luke warm and the bacon was burnt. Would stay again but not have breakfast. Tried to complain but noone around and the check in desk were dealing with air hostesses.

Location.. clean & comfortable.. bathroom and bed were good..
Breakfast was average.. had better, had worse., eggs were cold and bacon tough.. would prefer pot of yogurt not a bowl.. fairly decent selection..

Pros:

We spend our anniversary here every year and it never disappoints.

Cons:

We left to do some shopping at 11 and returned at 3 but the room had not yet been tended to by the maids. This made it difficult to relax and shower. We were then present for the cleaning and had to settle with an un made bed as it would have disrupted the stay

Pros:

Stayed on Friday 13th march (for my birthday) still haven't received my £50 holding fee now 10th April. After ringing the hotel 4timea and raising this issue with them still not resolved. And it wasn't mentioned on booking or small print so it was a few I wasn't aware of.
