Room was dirty, smelt of cigarettes. People were knocking doors at night and running away. Room was dusty. Since was blocked and food came up which was

I liked the location, loved the breakfast and thought the overall look of the hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Housekeeping forgot to clean my room and had gone by time I spoke to reception. My room was off the main corridor but directly opposite the room the staff room with cleaning supplies on the 4th floor.
I was sharing the room with my 28yr old son & there was a glass screen in the shower to the room which wasn’t private, but that was the only issue
Breakfast was excellent, good choice, good quality, everything that you could want. Great location
The room had a strong musty/damp smell, quite unpleasant. There was a ceiling panel missing, which exposed piping and the air conditioning unit, I presume that was linked to the smell. The fridge in the room was not working. It felt as though there was 'work in progress', so surprising that they issued the room to us. The room was not serviced on our 2nd day, so coffee pods etc not replaced
Great location for China Town and the Palace Theatre

The room was very spacious, breakfast had a good selection and was tasty. Day receptionists very helpful, excellent location with no outside noise at all
The air conditioning wasn’t working. We were on the 7th floor so very hot in our room. The day staff came up straight away and thought they’d fixed it, however after a while we realised it still wasn’t working. I went to reception where the staff had changed over, and got fobbed off. Asked for a fan, didn’t have one and said with it being a Saturday they were busy so wouldn’t be another room. It was unbearable, didn’t get much sleep and the tv didn’t work properly
