Отель красивый, реальный интерьер, выглядит лучше чем на фото, много элементов стиля можно разглядеть и потрогать в живую!
Косметика в ванной хорошая. Музей отличный!
Брали номер с видом на город. Поскольку здания на набережной расположены близко друг другу, получается вид на окна соседнего дома, поэтому , если не планируете сидеть в номере, берите вид во двор, так получится еще и с*экономить.

Cons:

Экскурсия по отелю входила в стоимость проживания, жаль, что за выход на крышу пришлось доплачивать отдельно :(
Номера с видом на город- шумные ночью.
Матрас немного продавлен.
В номере жила моль.

我在和平饭店度过了完美的一个2天小假期，特别感谢我的金尊lounge team 的 Nana，给我提供了完美的服务。最后一天我需要换旅店，但是下大雨，和平饭店派人打伞把我送到了下一个旅馆。位置，地理，服务完美无缺。

My recent stay at Fairmont Peace Hotel was exceptional in every way. The hotel itself is iconic and beautifully maintained, wonderfully comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of Shanghai - but what truly sets it apart is its people.

I have stayed at many fine hotels around the world, but I can honestly say that the level of warmth, attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the entire team at Fairmont Peace Hotel was unlike anything I have experienced before.

Hospitality here feels deeply personal, thoughtful, and sincere.

I would especially like to recognize a number of remarkable individuals whose kindness and professionalism made such an impression during my stay:

1) Kitty Wang, Duty Manager, went above and beyond in helping arrange treatment for my mother’s foot swelling, a gesture of genuine care that meant a great deal to us.

2) Kevin at check-in, who made our arrival seamless and welcoming.

3) Jack in the lobby, always warm, courteous, and ready to help.

4) Edward Yao at breakfast, exceptionally attentive and thoughtful, remembering the smallest details with remarkable care.

5) Michael Hu, helped make breakfast a consistently excellent experience.

6) Jerry, near the lobby lifts, always helpful and welcoming.

7) Ricky, at the door, a truly kind gentleman whose attentiveness toward my mother was deeply appreciated.

8) Lili, polite, and wonderfully courteous at breakfast.

9) Rachel, concierge, for her excellent assistance and professionalism.

10) Carl, for attentive and polished service at breakfast.

11) Billy Liang, at reception, consistently helpful, efficient, and professional.

12) Henry, Jazz bar bartender - Amazing drinks and thoughtfulness

Please forgive me if I have missed mentioning others, because in truth, every interaction with the Fairmont team reflected the same exceptional standard.

A hotel with history worth staying.
Pros:

It’s location and the hotel long history with its antic decors. Its staffs are very friendly and easy going. They are always eager to help you if you need them.

Cons:

The room is a little bit dark during the day time. But it’s acceptable.

Unforgettable positive place to make Shanghai your favorite destination
Pros:

The peace hotel is a dream place .We liked it all. The history museum and talk by its curator was fascinating and fabulous.The art deco surtoundings are a delight. Every member of concierge team is so helpful, kind and offers so much help. The man who runs the fabulous breakfast is a true leader.
A wonderful centrally located place to stay!
